We loved our experience with Avenue Design for our main floor and basement reno. They took the time before the time to really get to know us, what we liked and gently were able to push us out of our comfort zone to have a more current space, but one that we were comfortable with doing. They listened, gave advice and were so easy to work with! They definately do have an "eye" for the finish line. We particularly loved the visual real life renderings to help picture how our space will look finished, as well as samples of flooring, wood finishes, drapery, etc. that they provided at the design presentation. They were professional, attentive to any issues that popped up through the job and were very organized. We love how everything looks and how it all came together and get a lot of compliments from family and friends. We LOVE LOVE LOVE our "new" spaces on the main floor and basement.

We can not recommend Avenue Design enough. We undertook a major renovation mid-COVID of a 130 year old home. There was a lot to contend with during the process - supply shortages, rising prices, and unprofessional contractors. Through it all, Eva and Rachel from Avenue Design, and the amazing people they brought in, were reliable, consistent, and trustworthy. Avenue Design created an original and beautiful space that makes every person who walks through gasp. Our home literally looks like it was pulled out of a magazine. They cared about the design above all else, even begging subcontractors to throw in elements at a discounted rate so that we could get what we wanted but stay on budget. In terms of customer service, Avenue Design were responsive and reliable, and when things didn't go exactly right, they took full responsibility (even when it wasn't their fault). For example, when our contractor (that we did not hire through them) walked off the job mid-renovation, they stepped in and acted as our project managers, and put in many hours resolving the outstanding issues. Eva even brought me flowers. The team at Avenue Design are ethical people with a strong set of values. In the world of construction and renovations, we've learned that there's nothing more important than this. They have integrity, take pride in their work, and care about their clients. If we ever renovate or build again, there is no question in our minds that we will be hiring Eva/Avenue Design, and anyone else they recommend to us to do the project.

We were looking for inspiration for our new custom dream home - and Eva and her team at Avenue Design were highly recommended by an acquaintance that just went through a similar process. After our first meeting with the team we decided to engage on a full interior design project inclusive of furniture and home decor. Given the size of the house and it being our first new build - we didn’t know where to start. The Avenue Design team broke the project down into digestible chunks of work, and ensured both an attention to detail, and design integration from space to space. They challenged our thinking on everything from colours, to fabrics, and how to get the most of the budget with both custom pieces, and the sprinkling in of affordability without sacrificing the design intent. The entire team was easy to work with, committed, listened, and above all else, demonstrated genuine care. They made us feel like they were building their dream home - not just us building ours, and we had fun along the way. We would highly recommend Eva and her team. We can’t wait to get into our new home and see how it all comes together.

We are a homeschooling family of 6 (soon to be 7) living in a 2000 sq ft home. After years of trying and failing to set up the main floor to suit our various needs, we finally called Eva for help. Eva and Alyssa perfectly captured our needs and our style, and they designed an incredible plan to maximize our front entrance, dining room, living room and lounge/homeschooling room. We are amazed at the transformation - for the first time, we have beautiful, functional spaces! Even though the spaces are not big, we no longer feel cramped and frustrated. Avenue design inc is superb at what they do. I spent a year following many designers on Instagram before deciding to go ahead with ADI. I chose them because regardless of the project or the style, every space ended up unique and beautiful. Every post was one I would have loved to have in my home. Their attention to detail is like no other. They have an excellent eye and really know how to bring it all together. They work hard to make sure you are going to love your end product. I never felt any pressure to go ahead with something I wasn’t comfortable with, and if I was uncertain of something they were sure to provide me with lots of options. The thing I find most fascinating about their work is they are not pigeon holed into one certain design style or type. Each project’s finished product is so different from the other and really gives you a great sense of the depth of their talent. Can’t say enough about their skill and professionalism. It’s been a true treat working with Eva and her team.

I am working with avenue design for my new build. So far, they have been excellent. They are reliable, efficient, extremely organized and very available. Eva is a pleasure to work with. Her ideas are fresh and out of the box and she is always open to involving us in the process. They are extremely professional but also so warm and friendly which is so important when working on a project of your own home which is so personal. I can't wait to see the final product and how our combined vision becomes a reality.

We worked with Eva and team in the fall/early winter 2017. I loved her portfolio and she did not disappoint - we absolutely love our home and we are thrilled with the results. It was meant to be an office renovation but turned into a much larger project as her creativity inspired us to do more. As with all projects, some of the work was not done perfectly the first time but Eva was prompt and very supportive with resolving these issues and ensuring that we were happy with the final result.
