Located in, Summit Park, Park City UT lies one of the most efficient houses in the country. The Summit Haus – designed and built by Chris Price of PCD+B, is an exploration in design and construction of advanced high performance housing. Seeing a rising demand for sustainable housing along with rising Carbon emissions leading to global warming, this house strives to show that sensible, good design can create spaces adequate for today’s housing demands while adhering to strict standards. The house was designed to meet the very rigid Passiv House rating system – 90% more efficient than a typical home in the area.
The house itself was intended to nestle neatly into the 45 degree sloped site and to take full advantage of the limited solar access and views. The views range from short, highly wooded views to a long corridor out towards the Uinta Mountain range towards the east. The house was designed and built based off Passiv Haus standards, and the framing and ventilation became critical elements to maintain such minimal energy requirements.
Zola triple-pane, tilt-and-turn Thermo uPVC windows contribute substantially to the home’s energy efficiency, and takes advantage of the beautiful surrounding of the location, including forrest views from the deck off of the kitchen.

At Quax we use sustainable materials. All the furniture boards meet the strict E1 standard on formaldehyde emissions. We support durable forestry and ask our suppliers to submit the PEFC and FSC certificates. Special care also goes to the furniture fittings. Only reputable suppliers provide us with, among others, quality sliders for the drawers and reliable connecting techniques. The paint finish is another point of attention, we only work with international quality supplierssuch as Akzo Nobel and no local producers. All producers are responsible for the certificates of their products, for example EN 71-3 with attention for the migration of harmful elements.

This patio area has been constructed of re-purposed materials such as old exterior walls and sidewalks.
Formerly the site of a medical laboratory, Rosenberg Kolb redesigned this townhouse to accommodate a single family residence and home office.
The original building had been very badly neglected for many years. The structure dates to the late 19th Century. Rosenberg Kolb restored and opened up the space considerably. The upper three floors were combined into a single residence, while the ground floor and basement were converted into office space.
Working with a strict budget, Rosenberg Kolb employed a mixed of high-end and more economical finishes to keep costs down while still maintaining a high standard for design and beauty.

As the most energy-intensive room in the house, the kitchen is optimal for focusing efforts towards eco-sustainability. Without limiting variety, Elis M Kitchens offers solely sustainable products by guaranteeing that all its furniture complies with or falls below the E1 emission category. Manufactured under the highest international quality standards, Elis M Kitchens products also meet the strict chemical regulation criteria, per the Tox Proof sign.

This apartment has a private elevator that leads directly from the basement to the house without having to share it with any other owners. Therefore, privacy and privilege are absolutely valued.
As a European Neoclassical enthusiast and have lived and worked in Western countries for many years, CiHUB's customer – Lisa has set strict requirements on conveying the true spirit of Tan interior. Classic standards and European construction, quality and warranty standards. Budget is not a priority issue, instead, homeowners pose a much more difficult problem that includes:
Using all the finest and most sophisticated materials in a Neoclassical style, highlighting the very distinct personality of the homeowner through the fact that all furniture is made-to-measure but comes from famous brands. luxury brands such as Versace carpets, Hermes chairs... Unmatched, exclusive.
The CiHUB team and experts have invested a lot of enthusiasm, time sketching out the interior plan, presenting and convincing the homeowner, and through many times refining the design to create a standard penthouse apartment. Neoclassical, unique and only for homeowners. This is not a product for the masses, but thanks to that, Cihub has reached the satisfaction of homeowners thanks to the adventure in every small detail of the apartment.

Race Alley is a project we completed in 2020. It was a challenging project because two mining cabins in downtown Aspen were considered to be historical and the exterior had to comply with Aspen’s strict standards for historical renovations. It took approximately 2 years to complete the renovation on the 2, 700 square foot cabins that were joined together to make the 1500 square foot residence fresh and contemporary. This was a spec build with Rudd Construction and the architect & interiors ware designed by Wills Pember Architects.
The Audio Visual equipment used for this project Equipment used in this project includes a Samsung “Frame” TV in the living room, Sonance Invisible Series speakers with a SONOS streaming interface in the main areas of the house and a 85” Sony LED TV with an Origin Acoustics 5.1 surround sound system in the media room.
