A Beautiful, Red Cedar, Country Log Cabin in Chillicothe, MO. The Home Owners struggled to keep the wood looking finished and fresh. They decided to go over their existing logs with TruLog's Premium Red Cedar color. They are completely maintenance-free now and don't have to worry about refinishing their siding ever again!

The back garden was conceived as a spiritual meditation garden. It's laid out as three interlocking ellipses, each raised 6" from the previous. The links speak to life struggles, and ascent to a higher spiritual plateau. Perennials with warmer colors are sited around the first link, with flowers eventually turned to a pure white and royal purples and blues in the last and highest link. There's also a walking path around the perimeter of this garden.

Location: Denver, CO, USA THE CHALLENGE: Elevate a modern residence that struggled with temperature both aesthetically and physically – the home was cold to the touch, and cold to the eye. THE SOLUTION: Natural wood finishes were added through flooring and window and door details that give the architecture a warmer aesthetic.
