After moving from a traditional house into a home mid-century style ranch house, Samantha struggled to find a modern yet cozy style that worked for the new space.

After: Heat, shade, and dry conditions all contributed to this homeowner's struggle to grow and maintain natural grass. With turf installation, we were able to help them trade time maintaining their yard for time enjoying their yard.

This was turned from rotten to refurbished with the demo of a struggling deck, and rebuild/expansion of this new composite deck. A wonderful backyard hangout, complete with child-proof gate for this multiplying family to spend their sunshine days.

The customer requested a larger vanity with two sinks and a linen storage tower to replace the small vanity that they struggled with. The shower used to be where the new linen tower is.

This blue flowered hybrid has good hardiness. Fluffy flowers appear in mid-summer and early fall, and will produce attractive red seed capsules. This is an extremely drought-tolerant plant that will struggle in poorly drained soils.
