Once the project is understood drawings are made and submitted to the client and the city for approval. Once everything is submitted and approved we had to have perimeter fencing, a container for all the debris, a secure gate, and a portable restroom facility for our workers. After the site has been prepped and is ready for work we disconnected all the electrical and main water line to begin the demolition. For this project, we had to demolish most of the walls in the kitchen. In addition, this is what we did: Demo all vinyl tile and carpet from the living room, kitchen, hallway, and bathroom. Block outlet above the stove Install in the kitchen faucet and garbage disposal- customer to supply Demo the shower and install a new faucet New outlet above vanity New hot mop, new wood stud as necessary, new fan and install new shower door Install tile in the shower Install 2 LED fluorescent light above the garage Remove 1 heater Install 12-foot walls, drywall both sides Replace LED lights There were many, many details in this project that we don’t have the space to go into here.

HGTV Lovers....this is a project for you! This home was built in the 1800s and the new owners wanted to expand and update the kitchen to accommodate their growing family. Hardwood flooring was laid, windows enlarged, walls removed, and PRESTO...you find yourself walking into a kitchen featured on HGTV! We will be submitting this project for an award for sure! Complete Home Remodel. Clients wanted to update parents' home to be used as vacation property. Construction work was extensive with the complete removal of a brick fireplace in the family room and three additional walls in the original kitchen & breakfast room. This allowed for an open floorplan in the kitchen, breakfast room and family room. Also included remodel of three bathrooms, new flooring, carpet, lighting and furnishings. 3D floor plan submitted for approval prior to construction.

This is our entry, just inside the front door. Our builder (Matt Stott, Stott Brothers Construction) built it onsite using photos we'd submitted to him from Houzz. Once he saw the photos, he said, "I know exactly what you want." The treads and risers are made from recycled wood from an industrial park that once stood at the edge of town. Wall art was created by the homeowners in collaboration with our welder, Kevin Warren, Livingston, MT. The hanging lights were an Etsy find.
