Stunning mountain views are framed by pocketing walls of glass. Minimalistic but substantial furnishings with clean lines and warm tones compliment the modern architecture and stand up to the loftiness of the architecture.

The Reade Stripe Duvet is playful and tailored enough for any room in the house. This yarn-dyed design has a twill weave for a soft hand and just the right heft. But we like it best for its clean-cut stripes, a twist on traditional rugby.

Palmetto Duvet Cover and Sham. A classic from our pattern library, Serena’s version of an Indian damask makes a bedroom instantly bold. We love the way the loose, painterly lines and vibrant colors strike the perfect balance between preppy and bohemian.

This homeowner had been considering new exterior siding for their home in Manasquan, NJ for some time. A sub-division in Long Branch of new high end homes; caught their attention due to the combination of stone and vinyl siding that provided great curb appeal and increased value to their home. The homeowner required the knowledge of Design Build expertise and residential remodeling experience. They knew this could not be found from a siding contractor or stone mason alone. Help was needed with the Design aspect of the project that would transform their weather worn exterior into a beautifully built new home. Their internet research; led them to Mark of Excellence Remodeling, a Design Build Pros Preferred Network Remodeler. Before their consultation with the Project Designer they looked into the reputation of the company with the BBB where the company had an A plus rating and were able to see the company had been doing business and completed numerous projects in Monmouth County over their 28 year history.
Monmouth County vinyl and stone siding remodel in Manasquan, NJ (10)The Project Designer met with the customer and went through our needs analysis process. The customer wanted little or no future maintenance, energy efficiency and an up to date and up market appearance. We recommended a full back insulated vinyl siding material for this large home; which would improve energy efficiency and improve the value proposition of the investment. The homeowner had a very specific color combination in mind and the Project Designer determined that Somerset Wheat Prodigy Siding would be ideal in combination with Savannah Ledge Vintage Wine Boral Stone as the main two elements of the exterior. The Project Designer added some architectural accents; a stone arch front entrance to the home in conjunction two stone flower containers. Mark of Excellence Remodeling completely re-framed the front entrance working with Pella windows and doors for the entry door system. Additional features included Prodigy window lineal to give the front windows a more substantial and elegant appearance. Color coordinated exterior trim for soffits and fascia in Adobe Cream, seamless gutters and leaders in Eggshell and Wicker Keystones pull the color pallet and architectural components together.
Here is how the home looked BEFORE the exterior makeover and remodeling:

The homeowner had a particular challenge with the projecting bay windows on the front and rear of the home. The Project Designer felt that to effectively emulate the exterior siding project the homeowner had seen in Long Branch; the application of AZEK building products exterior trim would break up the predominance of Summer Wheat on large wall areas. The homeowner had already selected low maintenance garage doors which were only available in white. With some direction on the door style from the Project Designer the use of AZEK trim was the ideal complement to the finished doors. A team experienced in emulating traditional construction using AZEK building products was brought in for the bay area detail. This Siding and Stone Project in Monmouth County New Jersey is the envy of the neighborhood!

For a Buffalo-based family with a longstanding connection to Deer Valley, Eagle’s Nest marks a return to a place shaped by childhood winters beneath Bald Mountain. Now being created for the next generation, the home offers a setting for shared traditions, time outdoors, and seasons spent together.
The interiors take on a more masculine character, expressed through substantial materials, deeper tones, tailored detailing, and a restrained sense of warmth. The result is a home that feels grounded, personal, and quietly enduring, rooted in memory while designed for what comes next.

This substantial reclaimed wood mantel commands the stone fireplace in a warm rustic living room, its deep reddish-brown tones and evenly spaced metal straps with square rivet details making it impossible to miss. Sourced from 19th and early 20th century structures, the timber carries a naturally aged patina and the dense, honest grain that only old growth hardwoods develop over a century of use. Through our process of denailing, kiln drying, and precision milling, Manomin Resawn Timbers prepares these antique timbers for a prominent place above your hearth while preserving every mark and detail that gives them character.
Whether you are a homebuilder, a home remodeling contractor, or a homeowner looking to add a reclaimed wood mantel with metal strap details to your fireplace, Manomin Resawn Timbers has been helping people discover the antique charm of reclaimed wood since 2002. Got it — I'll confirm the specific Oak line per photo since this project mixes both. Here's the reference source story for each, adjusted to fit your banned word rules:
Antique White Oak Flooring:
Our Antique White Oak flooring takes the light and bright aesthetic of the species a step further with a subtle, grey patina earned over years of natural weathering. The slight color variation adds a level of warmth and history to this stunning reclaimed wood that equally compliments rustic and modern designs alike. Each plank, milled from timberstock salvaged from 19th century industrial buildings, perfectly displays the unique grain patterns and unbeatable durability of old growth Oak wood.
Antique Skip Oak Flooring:
Manomin Antique Skip Oak reclaimed wood flooring is milled from a mix of red and white reclaimed oak, salvaged from century old structures around the United States. This reclaimed Oak has a beautiful patina that can only come from the aging of old, weathered wood. Underneath that antique veneer are deep warm tones that drink up their surroundings and reflect a truly unique look, unobtainable without reclaimed wood. Our Antique Oak Planks are skip planed, a process where only enough wood is milled off the surface of the boards to level them out, leaving a distressed look that bears the marks of the milling on giant saws more than 100 years ago.
Two edits I made from your website wording: swapped "red and white barnwood" for "red and white reclaimed oak" (barnwood is banned), and swapped "marks of their original milling" for "marks of the milling" (original is banned).
Send over the first Antique Oak Flooring photo and let me know which line it is (White Oak or Skip Oak) whenever you can tell from the grain and finish — otherwise I'll ask per photo.

A cozy traditional sitting room with a striking timber archway and beam.
Existing keywords here are clean, just underdeveloped.
Question before I finalize: Is this White Oak or Skip Oak? The floor shows deep warm reddish brown tones with a mix of lighter and darker planks — this could fit either description, but the "mix of red and white" and distressed skip-planed look in the Skip Oak story seems like a closer visual match than the "light and bright with grey patina" White Oak description. Let me know which is correct.
Also flagging: There's a substantial reclaimed wood timber archway and beam here too. Is that Manomin as well, and if so, which product?
For now, here's a placeholder draft using Skip Oak (my best guess based on the tone mix) — let me know if I should switch to White Oak instead:

Good — updating to include the timbers, and locking in Skip Oak per your confirmation.

The transformation of this 1913 Ruxton home is one of the most substantial projects that Greenleaf Construction has completed to date. Greenleaf craftsmen collaborated with Mark Mobley Architecture, Custom Fit Cabinetry and Landscaping Creative Ways to bring this family's dream home to life.
The expansive two-story addition includes a gourmet kitchen, mudroom room, family room, second story primary suite as well as a full basement. The existing home was completely reconfigured to accommodate the needs of the owners, including new bathrooms, second floor laundry, a guest suite and additional storage spaces.
The new kitchen and bar are equipped with custom cabinetry, top of the line appliances and a large island with a combination of marble and butcher block countertops. The mudroom has custom built lockers, and a partial height shower for cleat and dog washing. Upstairs, the primary suite has custom cabinets and vanity, a large walk-in marble shower with rain head and custom closet systems. Multiple french doors open to the blue stone patio with butler stone walls. New Andersen A series windows and doors were installed throughout the existing home and addition.
The roof was replaced with a DiVinci composite cedar shake roof system, and all of the siding was replaced with James Hardie fiber cement lap siding maintaining the character of the original home.

Neutral wall and floor coloring gives balance to the very active display of color and pattern in these knotty hickory cabinets - and the knotty pine ceiling above.
The substantial pendant light fixture over the island gives your eye a pleasant focus center that's down a bit from the soaring ceiling above - making the space feel cozier.
