Home in Hawaii, just a few blocks from the ocean. All previous gates suffered from the salt in the air. These powder-coated aluminum gates will delight the owners and the neighborhood for years to come.

She also suffers from a lung disease that sometimes leaves her less mobile and able to head out to pursue this passion. A garden to take pictures in, even when you're not up to heading further out into the world. That was the main goal of this garden. With limited means and the use of affordable materials we created a wheel chair friendly garden that offers ample space for both human and wild life.

Image Quest Photography - Bamboo flooring and stone tile was used in most of the house instead of carpet because it will last longer and is better for allergy sufferers. Cabinetry and Bamboo flooring were pre-finished at factories selected for environmentally friendly factories.

Outdoor fireplace made of 3mm CorTen steel. Closed with 3 sided glass. So no suffer from ash, smoke and fire sparks on your terrace. Backside is made with heat resistant concrete so it will get warm but not hot.

College students had used this space for years to play beer pong. Walls ceiling, floor, everything suffered. Now a new ceiling, walls and replicated baseboard, it's back in shape. jim@jcschell.com
