Make it any depth providing it’s not a part of the entry steps. But the most common water depth is 6” of water depth.

Another popular feature of the pool is the 8’ x 8’ 9” tanning shelf. Its uniform shallow depth renders it ideal as a cooling lounge area for adults or an inviting play area for children. The trio of nearby chaise lounges come in handy when adult supervision is in order.

The task was to transform a timeworn two bedrooms unit at Edmonton government flats into a contemporary-style apartment. The building was constructed in 2000, and the client requested to modify the place with minimum structural changes. Therefore the whole renovation includes the least demolishes and reconstructions. We removed the previous pantry that was broken at that time and redesigned it in a user-friendly manner. More space was given for the dining area by replacing the ‘u-shaped’ old pantry counter with a simple straight unit. We made sure to add extra storage space up to the height of the ceiling. The main construction challenge was to renovate the existing bathrooms. Kalota changed its appearance by carefully paying attention to waterproofing and adding new accessories and tiles. The living room was transformed into a more spacious seating area with modern furniture and the correct balance of lighting. We applied colors and wall textures to enhance the contemporary ambiance. The fabrications of the interior were completed under the supervision of Kalota. A special thank goes to the client for providing us with the necessary freedom to design and complete the project.

"TaylorPro remodeled our kitchen, replacing cabinets, countertops and appliances. Keeping with the same footprint of our original kitchen and keeping our original travertine floors, Kerry Taylor helped us select a palette of rich, natural colors and materials--mocha-maple glazed cabinets, handsome granite and polished travertine backsplash tiles--to create a warm and beautiful new kitchen. He offered excellent design suggestions for placements of cabinetry and appliances. He recommended and implemented window trim enhancements as well as paint color and lighting design that brought the kitchen and attached family room together with a modern and very warm look. He created a rich, textured backsplash behind the stovetop that enhances the modern stainless steel vent hood. We couldn't be more pleased with the character and design of the kitchen and family room suite. To begin with, Kerry gave us a detailed estimate covering the likely costs of labor, cabinetry, granite, tile backsplash, construction materials and appliances. His estimate for labor, granite and tile turned out to be ""spot-on"" accurate. Much to our surprise, for example, the granite slabs we selected from Daltile turned out to be exactly the price Kerry had estimated when evaluating the level of materials we would likely install in our kitchen. Kerry kept to his original labor costs, to the penny. Each week, he provided us with an invoice that showed, in percentages, exactly how much labor had been performed that week and how much remained to be done in future weeks. The amounts he charged each week for his labor were exact percentages of the amount of labor his crew had performed to that point. Though these invoices invited us to do a little math to confirm the accuracy of these percentages, Kerry's figures were consistently accurate. The only categories in which Kerry's original estimate did not conform to the actual costs were in the areas of supplies from Home Depot (needed for the remodeling) and supplies from paint and hardware stores (needed for painting). These materials ended up costing somewhat more that Kerry had estimated. However, Kerry did provide us with receipts for all of these supplies. Kerry's cabinet man, Jerry, made a very workable design using pre-fabricated cabinets; he then customized the sizes of at least half of these cabinets to conform to the requirements of the center island, cooktop and pantry spaces. We are very happy with the quality of the cabinets. We found the installation expertise of Jerry's installer, Gil, to be top-rate. His installation achieved a custom look and all the cupboards and drawers worked flawlessly. Kerry's crew, Jake, Randall and Kevin, were great guys to have on site. They respected our property (and our dog) and possessed both skill and integrity. They arrived daily at the time they specified and worked tirelessly to achieve what they set out to do. We couldn't have been happier with their work. Kerry was on site frequently to supervise and coordinate their work and the work of subcontractors. Jean Rousseau creates handmade custom leather goods sold in Midtown, Manhattan. Atelier upgraded their image and customer experience by pivoting to a contemporary style this summer. This project was done under the supervision of Scharly Designer Studio as the head of design and final decision-maker. In this commercial project, an existing barber shop on Madison ave was transformed into a high-end french leather store. This was the first showroom in the United States, but the third showroom to be designed right after Paris and Japan. In this project part of the existing millwork was preserved and reused in the new design to keep the history of the space and identity of the building. New modern finishes were added such as new custom millwork for the main counter and window units to contrast the existing millwork. In this commercial project, 2MO built new cabinets for display with an oak wood finish and glass. The blue 3D wall is placed right behind the reception desk as a remarkable design feature of the store.

The project «Romantic Classics» (classic interior design of S-Studio, Kyiv) apartments in the heart of Kiev. Apartments were designed as a harmonious whole space in the classical style, decorated with qualitative materials and fitted out with modern equipment: system of «Smart Light», home cinema, house appliances, central air conditioning, heated floor, etc. Replanning of the apartment was done in accordance with the wishes of customers: combined kitchen and living room have been turned into studio, and a dressing room and a niche have been created for a spacious hallway closet. The style of design project is a romantic classic. The interior was made in soft pastel colors with elegant decorative ornaments and floral patterns. The traditional stucco elements were applied in the decoration of the classical apartments: cornices, moldings, ceiling rosettes, caissons and a dome decorative motives of which are repeated in the elements of furniture, which are very popular in the classical interior design. Natural walling materials of Lincrusta were used in decorative panels of the bedroom and hall, a wood-panels office were used in the individual design of the study, textile wallpaper of trendy European manufacturers were selected, matching the overall design of the apartment were chosen for the living room and other rooms. Besides, there were elaborated massive parquet floor design and the floor in the living room was decorated with a panno- vignette which was specially created for the classical interior. The dressing table seperates the bedroom area, which creates a cozy place for a mistress. Daughter’s room was decorated in the style of glamor, selected by her request. Repair work was supervised by Nadiya Samokhina. The Women’s Rowing Club is one of the original structures in Pacific Beach, built in 1907 and was designed by architect Lillian J. Rice. The landscape was designed by Kate Sessions, the iconic American botanist, horticulturalist, and landscape architect closely associated with San Diego, California, and known as the “Mother of Balboa Park.” Lillian J. Rice was also the architect who supervised the development of Rancho Santa Fe. The club was founded in 1892 and provides a visual reminder that America’s oldest women’s rowing club works to preserve its past and encourages future interest in the sport.

Kitchen - modern kitchen idea in San Diego

Five stars isn’t enough! Our project was to reconfigure and update the main floor of a house we recently purchased that was built in 1961. We wanted to maintain some of the unique feeling it originally had but bring it up-to-date and eliminate the closed-in rooms and downright weird layout that was the result of multiple, partial remodeling projects. We began with a long wishlist of changes which also required replacement of very antiquated plumbing, electrical wiring and HVAC. We even found a fireplace that had been walled in and needed major re-construction. Many other aspects and details on this incredible list we made included an all new kitchen layout, converting a bedroom into a master closet, adding new half-bath, completely rebuilding the master bath, and adding stone, tile and custom built cabinetry. Our design plans included many fixtures and details that we specified and required professional installation and careful handling. Innovative helped us make reasonable decisions. Their skilled staff took us through a design process that made sense. There were many questions and all were answered with sincere conversation and positive – innovation – on how we could achieve our goals. Innovative provided us with professional consultants, who listened and were courteous and creative, with solid knowledge and informative judgement. When they didn’t have an answer, they did the research. They developed a comprehensive project plan that exceeded our expectations. Every item on our long list was checked-off. All agreed on work was fulfilled and they completed all this in just under four months. Innovative took care of putting together a team of skilled professional specialists who were all dedicated to make everything right. Engineering, construction, supervision, and I cannot even begin to describe how much thanks we have for the demolition crew!
