For 2 tweenagers, K. Rue Designs curated this space for creativity and major sleepovers to sleep around 14 girls! A central design feature was a large glass roof covered outdoor deck with Firetable entertainment area. We designed this approximately 14 feet x 14 feet in order to have sufficient seating area surrounding the Natural Gas custom fire table. We created an all-season outdoor room to enjoy the forest and sea view unique to this home. All rooms and spaces were designed and planned to take advantage of the view corridors. The 2000 square feet of attached outdoor decks, most of them over living space, include lots of electrical plugs, hose outlets, and natural gas supplies ( 9) for BBQ's, Outdoor kitchen and or heaters, as well as fire table units.

We installed this project to capture rainwater, filter it before it’s recirculated. The Aquascape Inc. systems we used collect sufficient amounts in order to supply a complete attractive water features. We also carefully chose the ideal plants, fish, rocks and gravel that create an overall healthy and balanced system for long-term sustainability.
