The shape seems simple enough but the way this is built required 48 different sides to line up nicely on the pedestal with floating mortise and tenon joinery to support it. All that on compound angles that are tapered. The top is connected and supported via steel c channels that are recessed into the table top. This has the added benefit of keeping the table top flat on over the large cantilever. A lot of math and planning but the end result was so amazing to see come together. And the space that it sat in was such a wonderful backdrop. We couldn't be happier with it. As with all of our pieces, this custom dining table was hand made in San Diego, CA.

We installed 3 @ 4 X 6 mirrors. The hardest part was leveling the bottom support channel over 12 feet. Mirrors weigh 80 pounds each and took both of us to install.

We paired the HDTV with another top-quality Sony product, the two-zone STR-ZA2100ES 7.2-channel surround-sound A/V receiver. It’s capable of pumping out 105 watts per channel and supporting the latest high-resolution formats like DTS:X and Dolby Atmos. An unobtrusive but powerful Episode 300 Series passive soundbar was installed below the TV, coupled with an Episode Evolution Series 8-inch powered subwoofer (with 100-watt amplifier) which is small but effective.

Its longevity is very great, the Teak tree often living to an age of 100 years. Teak is especially noted for its capacity to withstand changes in the weather and season. One of the reasons for this is the ability of the Teak to bend, but not break, in the face of high winds. Minimal Maintenance Required While Teak is naturally resistant to bacteria and mildew; you may still see a buildup of soap residue and mineral or other impurities from your water.
