Emerging Architects StudioThe Tier T[h]ree house was designed for a starting businessman in Antipolo who wants to work in the comforts of his own home. This programmatic requirement by the client pushed our design to explore vertical transitions of different spaces. Our team achieved this by placing 'public spaces' on the ground level, the 'semi-public areas' on the second floor, and 'private spaces' at the top.
Tension rods were installed to support the extended overhang of the roof while an exterior wall accent at the facade highlights the main office of the client.

Arbordale Landscaping LtdThe frontyard features a natural stone walkway that leads to the solid natural stone front steps. The first stair landing connects with a custom Thermory and steel bench. A small lawn area and mixed plantings fill the rest of the space.
The backyard features a walkout basement that is covered with stadium stairs made up of solid natural stone. The stairs make ample space for herb filled pots. The final elevated step makes a bench for a small dining area. The upper terrace includes a decorative Cedar screen and raised planters for larger specimen trees. Beech hedging surrounds the yard with a specimen London Plane Tree and forest like under plantings.

Creative Cabinets and Fine Finishes, LLCSide of modified Island that was refinished to a white painted finish. Custom cabinets were added to the entire backside of Island for additional storage as well as countertop place. Decorative legs aded to support the extended countertop.
