This was an old apple warehouse in Tribecca. We removed the ceilings to expose the original beams and added acoustical panels to help wight he noise. I installed a central air system and left the ducts exposed to give it that loft feeling. My client wanted to preserve the loft charm, but also wand a glamorous home. She entertains frequently thus wanted many setting areas. The dining table can pull out and another bench added which we keep in her bedroom.
