Our clients lived in a wonderful home they designed and built which they referred to as their dream home until this property they admired for many years became available. Its location on a point with spectacular ocean views made it impossible to resist. This 40-year-old home was state of the art for its time. It was perfectly sited but needed to be renovated to accommodate their lifestyle and make use of current materials. Thus began the 3-year journey. They decided to capture one of the most exquisite views of Boston’s North Shore and do a full renovation inside and out. This project was a complete gut renovation with the addition of a guest suite above the garage and a new front entry.

Steeped in timeless elegance, this exquisite dining room in Clearwater, FL, and Tampa exudes grandeur with its rich red walls and ornate furnishings. A majestic crystal chandelier hangs above a polished mahogany dining table, casting a warm glow over the space. The stately buffet cabinet adds a refined touch, showcasing intricate carvings and antique brass hardware. Luxe drapery in emerald green frames the arched French doors, inviting natural light that accentuates the room's regal ambiance. The combination of classic wooden chairs and plush floral-upholstered seating offers a perfect blend of comfort and refinement. Underfoot, dark hardwood flooring enhances the opulent aesthetic, beautifully contrasting with the vivid wall tones. Carefully placed décor elements, from gleaming candleholders to artistic wall accents, further elevate the luxurious appeal. Designed for both grand entertaining and intimate gatherings, this dining space is a statement of sophistication in Clearwater, FL, and Tampa.

The old Mexico feel of the front patio is enhanced by this wall fountain mounted on a painted tile wall. The large stone table with heavy wooden base is an import from Mexico, as are nearly all other design items in the home.

The Cydney 5-Piece Formal Dining Set is beautifully designed for your formal dining room. The table is made of smooth cream poplar solids with ash burl inlays and accents on the tabletop for elegant details. The side chairs are comfortable with textured cream fabric to match the room's style. Insert leaves allow you to seat up to ten guests for big occasions.

Inspiration for a coastal living room remodel in Jacksonville

This charming European-inspired home juxtaposes old-world architecture with more contemporary details. The exterior is primarily comprised of granite stonework with limestone accents. The stair turret provides circulation throughout all three levels of the home, and custom iron windows afford expansive lake and mountain views. The interior features custom iron windows, plaster walls, reclaimed heart pine timbers, quartersawn oak floors and reclaimed oak millwork.
