We built this Timbertech Composite Deck half covered with a Cedar Pergola. We also worked closely with our landscaper who built a Chess Board into the patio below

We built new deck using Timbertech Composite Decking and Full Aluminum Westbury Railing. We then built a roof over the deck and installed Cedar Carsiding for the Ceiling

This deck was a Deck Resurface Project with a Stair and Stair Landing Change. The original deck design had an odd middle stair landing with (2) sets of stairs from a single landing. It created an awkward area. Also the original decking was Cedar which had many soft spots. We tore off the old decking and installed new Composite Decking, then redesigned the main stairs with a landing that resembled a bridge which made it more comfortable to walk from the main deck to the hot tub area below. The house was a Tuscany style house, so we wanted the colors and railing style to go along with the house’s theme. The decking we used was Timbertech’s PVC Capped Composite Decking. The main color was Antigua Gold and then accented with a double picture frame of Antique Palm. The railing was upgraded to the Westbury’s Full Aluminum Railing with the Tuscany Series (Double Top Rail). Also because it was next to the pool, we added a Drink Rail to the top of the rail so there would be an easy way to hold your drink while standing at the rail looking at the pool. The total deck design became more simple design which turned out great with the style and usability of the outdoor space. We built this deck in the Winter, so now it’s all ready for the Pool Season of 2019!!

We built a New Composite Deck with 1/2 covered with Cedar Pergola. The decking was Timbertech Rosewood and the railing was Westbury's Full Aluminum Railing. New Landscaping was with the project

We built this new Timbertech in 2018 and a few years later, these homeowners got a new Hot Tub under the deck and was looking for privacy. We then built a horizontal decking privacy wall to match the decking. We also wrapped the footing posts and beams to complete their backyard deck project. Wall looks great and really completes the final look of the whole project. With this stay-at-home pandemic – the homeowners have much more time to enjoy the privacy in their new hot tub.

This deck design was very sweet with the Custom Stamped Concrete Patio (done by Concrete Scott) and then a new Hot tub with lighting. We designed the deck for a unique drop down area for the hot tub, then the main deck with an angle at the corner for the stairs to tie into the new patio below. The products we used was Timbertech’s Reserve Series with the main color of Antique Leather and then accented with Dark Roast. We then installed Westbury’s Full Aluminum Railing in the Tuscany Series – Black. To tie the hot tub slab into the complete project – we even installed the railing on the concrete pad of around the hot tub. Covid had some delays in the materials this Summer/Fall, but once we got the complete package – the whole project turned out great. We couldn’t have asked for a better client whom their family will enjoy their new backyard project for many years to come!

The original deck on this project was wood and seen it’s day, also had an awkward stair layout. We built the same size of deck as the original, but installed a larger beam under so we would only need (2) posts instead of 4. Also the original stair landing was sinking. Because of the ground, we decided to use the TechnoPost which is a metal pier system instead of the standard 6×6 wood into concrete which does have a lifetime warranty. Before we installed the decking, we installed the Trex Rain Escape system with a gutter system so therefore when it rains, it stays dry under the deck. The decking we choose was Timbertech’s PVC Capped Composite Decking in the Legacy Series – Pecan for the main decking color and Mocha for the double picture frame as well as the fascia and risers. Because of the great view of the backyard, the railing was Westbury’s Aluminum Railing in the VertiCable Series with the Bronze color. For the finish touches, we installed Westbury Post Cap Lights which turn on automatically when the sun goes down for however many hours the homeowners would like. This deck turned out great and the homeowners and their friends/neighbors will have many years to enjoy it!!

We built a new deck with 2 colors of Timbertech Composite Decking, installed Glass Panel Railing for a focal point, then installed a Under Deck Ceiling Panels. We then installed white PVC on the deck footings and beams for a complete finished look

This deck had many design details with this resurface. The homeowner's of this deck wanted to change out their wood decking to a maintenance free products. We installed New Timbertech PVC Capped Composite Decking (Terrain Series - Silver Maple) with a picture frame in the center for a custom design feel. The deck is the perfect height for the hot tub. We then installed new roofing on the existing gazebo along with new roofing and an Aluminum Soffit Ceiling which matched the Westbury Railing (Tuscany Series - Bronze in color). My favorite parts is the inside corner stairs and of course the custom privacy wall we designed out of Westbury Railing Posts and Timbertech Fascia & Risers. This complete deck project turned out great and the homeowners could not be any happier.

I have worked for many past years with this homeowner. This year they were ready for a new deck and design. The goals of this deck was to create useful outdoor living areas and minimize the amount of railing. Another goal was to be maintenance free with a possible roof addition later. We came up with a few designs and then chose one that had 2 levels. The upper level was designed for a future roof for next year to be built on for Summer Shade. The lower level was designed close to the ground without railing. Because of no rail – we did add some deck dot lights around the border so in the evening – you can see the edge of the deck for safety purposes. The product that was chosen was Timbertech’s PVC Capped Composite Decking in the Terrain Series. Colors were Brown Oak for the main and then accented with Rustic Elm. The railing was Westbury’s Full Aluminum Railing (Tuscany Series) in the black color. We then added lighting on all of the steps as well as on top of the picture frame border of the lower deck. This deck turned out great. This late Winter/Early Spring, we will be building a roof above – pictures to come after completion.
Part 2 of this project we did in Spring of the next year. We built a new Roof over the main deck with an aluminum ceiling. This project turned out great and even matches the 3D Schematic!

Built new wrap around deck on rear of house. We used Timbertech's PVC Capped Composite decking with 2 colors for picture framing. Westbury's Full Aluminum Railing (Rivera Style) with a top cap was installed.

These homeowners had patio installed before we showed up, but they had the builder grade wood deck, much smaller than useful. We decided to build a much larger deck of 36′ wide by 14′ deep with different areas separated by an accent boards. The materials they choose was Timbertech’s PVC Capped Composite Decking in the Legacy Series with using Pecan color for the main decking and then accented with the Mocha. We wanted the deck design to flow easily with the patio, so we created an open and cornered staircase that connected the 2 areas as well as easy access to the backyard. Black Westbury Full Aluminum Railing was installed in the Tuscany Series and to keep everything in a “clean” look – we decided to use 2″ posts all around. To finish it off, we installed Timbertech Riser Lights on the stairs and then Westbury’s Side Post Accent Lights. This deck turned out great and will be enjoyed for many years!

This Deck was a fun deck to build. The homeowners were doing a complete backyard makeover and asked us to change the wood decking to a maintenance free decking. Also needed some redesign of the stairs. The material that was chosen is Timbertech’s PVC Capped Composite Decking (Terrain Series). The colors were Brown Oak then accented with Rustic Elm. Then we chose a Black Westbury’s Full Aluminum Railing. To do the finish touches, we added post cap lights, stair riser lights, then added a new 12″ strip riser lights for between the decks. We built this deck this Winter of 2019. The only thing left is awaiting for Summer so they can open up their pool and enjoy their backyard!!
