Premiere Contracting was contacted by the owner of an existing commercial space who needed it transformed into a brand new dental office within 5 months’ time. We took the commercial construction challenge head-on and we could not be more proud of how this commercial construction project and transformation turned out! We had the luxury of working with an owner who was open to all of our design input and he had a lot of great ideas himself. The project came together fantastically and we continue to receive praise from the dentist and the clients who get to enjoy this great space.

This Kebony Clear terrace is located in a residential neighborhood in central Munich, Germany. The homeowner chose Kebony decking due to its physical properties, aesthetic and durability. Within one year, the wood developed a silver-gray patina from sun and rain exposure while keeping its hard-wearing properties.

This modern farmhouse located outside of Spokane, Washington, creates a prominent focal point among the landscape of rolling plains. The composition of the home is dominated by three steep gable rooflines linked together by a central spine. This unique design evokes a sense of expansion and contraction from one space to the next. Vertical cedar siding, poured concrete, and zinc gray metal elements clad the modern farmhouse, which, combined with a shop that has the aesthetic of a weathered barn, creates a sense of modernity that remains rooted to the surrounding environment. The Glo double pane A5 Series windows and doors were selected for the project because of their sleek, modern aesthetic and advanced thermal technology over traditional aluminum windows. High performance spacers, low iron glass, larger continuous thermal breaks, and multiple air seals allows the A5 Series to deliver high performance values and cost effective durability while remaining a sophisticated and stylish design choice. The great traditional Italian architectural stone Pietra Piasentina Taupe. This material has been popular since the age of antiquity due to their strength, hard-wearing resistance and at the same time their outstanding styling appeal. They are the inspiration for the IN-SIDE series. The series is named after the state-of-the-art technology with which Laminam was able to quash another paradigm of ceramic surfaces, creating a body and surface continuity in the slabs.
