This 6,000sf luxurious custom new construction 5-bedroom, 4-bath home combines elements of open-concept design with traditional, formal spaces, as well. Tall windows, large openings to the back yard, and clear views from room to room are abundant throughout. The 2-story entry boasts a gently curving stair, and a full view through openings to the glass-clad family room. The back stair is continuous from the basement to the finished 3rd floor / attic recreation room. The interior is finished with the finest materials and detailing, with crown molding, coffered, tray and barrel vault ceilings, chair rail, arched openings, rounded corners, built-in niches and coves, wide halls, and 12' first floor ceilings with 10' second floor ceilings. It sits at the end of a cul-de-sac in a wooded neighborhood, surrounded by old growth trees. The homeowners, who hail from Texas, believe that bigger is better, and this house was built to match their dreams. The brick - with stone and cast concrete accent elements - runs the full 3-stories of the home, on all sides. A paver driveway and covered patio are included, along with paver retaining wall carved into the hill, creating a secluded back yard play space for their young children. Inspiration for a scandinavian living room remodel in San Francisco with white walls

We designed this modern, cozy master bedroom to support the family's lifestyle. We installed a wall of 3D tile to house the new electric fireplace, television and components. We dropped a George Nelson Bubble Lamp on a dimmer switch above the bed for a modern touch. Found along the Emerald Coast of Northwest Florida, Seagrove Beach is a mile-and-a-half beach that encircles a small cove and lures visitors with its beauty and serenity. Watercolor was named for the thick grove of windswept trees that surround it.

A sliding storage element and a series of sliding panels create distinct spaces within a compact 390 sf Manhattan apartment. Sliding elements are motorized and can operated manually.

Our clients desire for their 4th floor terrace was to enjoy the best of all worlds. An outdoor living space complete with sun bathing options, seating for fireside cocktail parties able to enjoy the ocean view of LaJolla California. Their desire was to include a small Kitchen and full size Bathroom. In addition, an area for lounging with complete sun protection for those who wanted to enjoy outdoor living but not be burned by it By embedding a 30' steel beam across the center of this space, the 50' wide structure includes a small outdoor Kitchen and full-size Bathroom and an outdoor Living room, just steps away from the Jacuzzi and pool... We even included a television on a hydraulic lift with a 360-degree radius. Three fire-pots line the amazing vanishing edge pool which dangles above the Grotto below with water spilling over both sides. Glass lined side rails grace the accompanying bridges as the pathway connects to the front of the terrace… A sun-worshiper’s paradise! Our use of numerous natural stone and tile materials add warmth, texture and depth to the overall enjoyment of the space. Nestled against the hillside in San Diego California, this outdoor living space provides homeowners the luxury of living in Southern California most coveted Real-estate... LaJolla California.

Inspiration for a contemporary home office remodel in San Francisco

Stripped of its original charm with sagging floors and water leaks, this 1900 row house was prime for a full renovation. While the staircase and marble fireplace are original, everything from the white oak flooring, crown, applied, and base moldings, to the archways and brass door hardware is new; yet they all feel original to the house. Other projects included removing soffits and tucking away randomly placed support beams and posts, relocating and expanding the kitchen, renovating each bathroom – and adding a new one, upgrading all the mechanical, electric and plumbing systems, removing a fireplace, and regrading the back patio for proper drainage and added greenery. The Rear project included: a new patio using EP Henry Devonstone in Pennsylvania Bluestone color with matching border; Segmental retaining wall for fireplace, hot tub area and outdoor kitchen / bar using Outdoor Living by Belgard Antique wall in silex blend; thermal flagstone countertop for bar; lighting; water feature - Aquascape Inc. pondless waterfall; outdoor fireplace with Ledgestone Breckenridge veneer; and landscaping.
