The wallcovering is comprised of wood pulp from sustainably managed forests. It has a double layer, featuring a top layer that is laser cut to reveal hints of metallic foil below, which adds a flickering glimmer to the space, like an explosion of stars in the night. The natural selenite art is such a stunner, providing a subtle glimmer as it catches the light from different angles.

This initially drab space was so poorly laid-out that it fit only a tiny vanity for a family of four!⁠ Working in the existing footprint, and in a matter of a few weeks, we were able to design and renovate this space to accommodate a double vanity (SO important when it is the only bathroom in the house!). In addition, we snuck in a private toilet room for added functionality. Now this bath is a stunning workhorse!⁠

Inspiration for a transitional dining room remodel in Vancouver

A small bathroom renovation to improve the functionality for this family of four. We maximized the space by removing the large tub, increasing the size of the vanity, and adding a linen closet. The addition of a custom shower curtain and matching roman shade made the small space feel special and unique. Designing and staging luxury loft properties in a large city like Los Angeles is an art unto itself. Here in this space (one of three unique lofts) we designed a space that would appeal to the elegant professional. Our mission: Give these small spaces BIG CITY impact, a trending modern elegance, and a warm, "home" feeling. The Kingsley plan is an open layout ranch with three bedrooms and two baths. A second floor bonus room option is available, with several layouts. The large family room and formal dining room are open to one another, and connected to the kitchen with a serving/dining counter. The breakfast area is surrounded by natural light. A covered patio is included at the rear of the home and sheltered by the primary bedroom and breakfast area wings of the house for maximum privacy. The garage connects to the house via the utility room, and a pantry, coat closet and optional drop zone keep everyone organized entering the kitchen and living spaces of the home. The primary suite overlooks the rear yard and includes a spacious bedroom, a luxury bath with garden tub, separate shower, feature window, double vanity, enclosed commode with linen closet, and a large closet. A four foot primary bedroom extension is available. Additional luxury bath options are available, as shown in this model home. Bedrooms two and three share a bath and are accessed by a hall off the entry. Exterior details include a hip roof and covered entry.

This elegant 2600 sf home epitomizes swank city living in the heart of Los Angeles. Originally built in the late 1970's, this Century City home has a lovely vintage style which we retained while streamlining and updating. The lovely bold bones created an architectural dream canvas to which we created a new open space plan that could easily entertain high profile guests and family alike.

Our clients wanted to completely renovate the main and second floors of their home. Nothing was spared! Their great room now has a beautiful new kitchen, family room, and dining nook. Check out the custom cabinets and glass tile, as well as the gorgeous linear gas fireplace. All bathrooms including the primary ensuite are totally brand new, including the back mudroom and laundry area. Extensive millwork was installed throughout, including a unique custom wood ceiling in the den. New wide plank hardwood and various other custom elements were installed to give this renovation its own unique character, reflecting our clients’ great taste! What a beautiful home!

Our client wanted a refresh of their newly purchased home, and we were very excited for the opportunity to create a space designed for them! The majority of the work was done in the kitchen and great room - new cabinets, countertops, fixtures, paint, and flooring were installed (complete with a custom tile backsplash). We also installed new vanities and countertops in both main floor bathrooms, as well as a new fireplace surround & mantel in the living room and basement.
