This AMAZING natural stone backyard makeover was recently installed in Stevens, PA located in beautiful northern Lancaster County. Installed during the early winter which made it quite cold. Luckily once the fire pit was complete we had the luxury of enjoy the warmth of the fire through the day. We even manage to cook a hot lunch a few days on the grill attachment of the fire pit insert. The Project included a two tier natural flagstone patio with a smokeless fire pit feature embedded in the top tier of the patio. Natural Stone steps and boulder retaining walls separate the two patio tiers as well as border the edges. Color changing LED landscape lighting was installed around the perimeter along with an impressive outdoor audio system. The project was finished of with surrounding landscaping and a sod yard.

In order to change the entire feel of the area, we lime washed the brick a gray color to remove the previous orange brick. We created a two-tiered, double-sided modern fire feature that had a unique encaustic style tile pattern on the bottom tier and stacked stone on the top tier. Dual tier, tri-level custom stainless teel workstation sink featuring 316L surgical grade stainless and a whopping 18" interior bowl space above AND below the ledge system. This allows for standard half sheet pans to fit on the top tier and the floor of the sink. Our client had petrified wood quarried in Romania made into her countertops throughout the kitchen.

This project was a total kitchen renovation with the removal of walls to opening up the floor plan. The cabinetry installed is Medallion Silverline Full Overlay Carlise Door Style stained cabinets in Maple with Onyx stain. For the countertop Viatera Quartz surfacing was installed in Pishgah color with a double roundover edge. The backsplash is 3x6 colour and dimension tile in bright Sandstone Beige with Glass Tile and Stone Bliss Moasic Accent. This spacious kitchen/dining area is suitable for entertaining so the homeowner chose to add the Galley Workstation. This is a 4’ Galley sink with two top tiers, and includes a strainer, drain rack and cutting board. The Galley can be used for food preparation, canning and packed with ice for a serving buffet. The homeowner also installed a bar with a wine rack, a double oven, and seating off the kitchen island.

Maximize vertical closet space with high-reach accessibility. This custom walk-in closet section features a triple-tier hanging system designed to make full use of high ceilings. The top tier is outfitted with dual hydraulic pull-down wardrobe rods, bringing upper clothing within comfortable reach with a simple pull. Below, fixed chrome closet rods and integrated shelving painted in a soft mushroom grey complete this highly functional storage layout.
