And while it’s great to go and pick out some nice tool for your kitchen backsplash or bathroom, what’s even better is when it can be configured uniquely to give you a custom-made design that will be one-of-a-kind and the envy of all who see it. If you’re considering a bathroom remodel and need your shower replaced or upgraded, tile is a great way to go. We’ve tiled hundreds of showers and most homeowners go for the standard look you see in home décor magazines or online. What you’ve likely seen, and may have now, is tile underfoot in the shower pan, field tile on the walls and perhaps an accent row of different pattern, color, or textured tile running horizontally around the walls of the shower stall. Some higher-end showers may feature accent rows of tile running vertically from floor to ceiling. This is nice but still pretty vanilla. The reality is there’s nothing that says you have to limit yourself to what you’ve seen before or what you see on idea walls at big box home improvement stores. It was great working with Joseph and Kathy on their bathroom remodel projects in Ahwatukee. They wanted to renovate their bathrooms from the old dated to look to something modern and stylish. Mission accomplished! The Master Bath Remodel Here are some of the items Joseph and Kathy had us complete for the master bath remodel: Removed shower, bathtub, and vanity to the studs. Installed a new custom shower with wall niche and shaving foot niche. Installed a frameless tempered glass swing door. Installed a new freestanding bathtub with a chrome freestanding bathtub faucet. Installed a new white premade vanity. Installed a new chandelier. Installed a new comfort height toilet. The Guest Bath Remodel The guest bath was in need of an upgrade with its outdated look and feel. We replaced everything in the guest bathroom; shower floor, walls, vanity, mirror, light, toilet, and flooring. The shower has been transformed into an elegant walk-in shower with a beautifully crafted pre-made vanity.

Xtreme Renovations just completed a Kitchen Renovation Project for our clients in the Garden Oaks Area. This project included re facing the existing stained raised panel Kitchen Cabinetry to Shaker Style painted Cabinetry. In addition, a large Custom built Pantry cabinet was added for additional space and functionality. New Door and Drawer faces were Custom Built with European soft closing hinges as well as full extension drawer glides that are also soft closing. This project included removing the exiting floor tile in the Kitchen as well as hardwood flooring in the Breakfast Area from a previous renovation project. The flooring was in three separate tier levels, so a concrete base was poured to provide a level surface throughout the Kitchen and Breakfast Area. New Ceramic Tile was laid on a broken joint pattern that extended into the Family Room. The existing backsplash was removed and upgraded to new Glass Tile laid in a subway pattern for an added touch of class. This project included electrical upgrades INCLUDING led Under Cabinet Lighting that added the ‘Wow Factor’ our clients desired and Xtreme Renovations is known for. Drywall repair and texturing as well as Painting the Kitchen and Breakfast area completed this transformation into a bright and soothing new Kitchen that our clients will enjoy for years to come.

This downtown gem can easily be distinguished by its salmon color and Mediterranean Revival style architecture. Situated right on the bay, this luxury resort is just a short walk from all of the area’s major attractions such as the Dali Museum, Beach Drive, and the Mahaffey Theater. The Vinoy was constructed in 1925 and has been through a long history of renovations and construction within its lifetime. Efforts are constantly being made to preserve the hotel’s historic past while still providing guests with a unique, comfortable, and luxurious experience. With that being said, it was recently announced that the hotel will undergo a three-year $50 million plan to improve several aspects of the property. Patio Lane took part in these upgrades by designing and producing custom cushions for two locations on the property: the veranda and smoking area seating. We fabricated a total of 187 custom cushions with 13 different configurations for the hotel: dining chair seat, lounge chair, love seat, center sectional, end sectionals, as well as ottomans. Patio Lane directly competed with the original furniture and cushion manufacturer for this project. However, being an essential part of St. Petersburg, the resort appreciated a local vendor with strong initiative to earn their business. As far as the project requirements, the Vinoy needed something that will hold up through the harsh sun and storms of Central Florida. Typically, cushions in a commercial setting will last a few years depending on the human traffic. For a luxury hotel, such as the Vinoy, these cushions should have been replaced within 3 years. To ensure that they would have high performing seating for their guests, they chose cushions fabricated with Sunbrella Rain performance fabric. This fabric is 100% waterproof and specifically made for outdoor spaces that endure heavy rainfall or any kind of moisture. Sunbrella Rain eliminates drying time after wet weather. Resort staff can simply wipe the cushions down and their guests are ready to continue lounging and relaxing. The Vinoy’s original cushions used a polyurethane foam that had since lost its strength and was no longer providing a comfortable seat. (When we initially surveyed the Vinoy, we witnessed many customers doubling up on cushions to place behind their backs!) Numerous cushions had ripped at the seams and the zippers were non-functional. Dry-fast foam, the preferred option for cushions fabricated with Sunbrella Rain, was the perfect choice with the 4 in. thick seats & 5 in. thick backs because it will provide a firm seat and support for years to come.
