Spring and Summer and possibly early Fall are the seasons where we prefer to spend as much time outiside of our homes as we can. We like to bask in the sun just like cats and feel the breeze of fresh, crisp air on our skin. It's lovely like that. So it's no surprise that if we're lucky enough to have an actual house, we make sure to get or build one that includes a terrace or a porch as well. It's compulsory. Where else could we sit outside – on the stairs? When we get things done, we also make sure to create for our terrace enough space so it would comfortably fit at least a modest set of furniture. After all, we all need a comfortable place to sit on. If you couldn't arrange a lot of room, that's not a tragedy. Toja furniture has a solution for those who don't necessarily have a mansion. We created collections of slim and stylish dining sets that will fit everywhere and make the space look stunning. If you need to lie down, we have comfortable loungers that eat up less space than you'd think.

A customer in Leawood, Kansas asked us to make a kitchen table for their family. They wanted to be involved in the process of choosing the reclaimed wood. Originally they were thinking they would like walnut wood, but they eventually chose some beautiful ash wood. Because of the emerald ash borer many ash trees have had to be removed from cities all across the US. Despite this tragedy, HAVA studios and many others are reclaiming this wood that would be sent to a burn pile into beautiful furniture, bar tops and other functional art work pieces such as bowls and serving boards. We were delighted to produce this ash kitchen table with custom steel fabricated base as well as provide the contrasting walnut wood chairs and matching bar stools. How can we help you on your next creative project?

Tucked away in the backwoods of Torch Lake, this home marries “rustic” with the sleek elegance of modern. The combination of wood, stone and metal textures embrace the charm of a classic farmhouse. Although this is not your average farmhouse. The home is outfitted with a high performing system that seamlessly works with the design and architecture. The tall ceilings and windows allow ample natural light into the main room. Spire Integrated Systems installed Lutron QS Wireless motorized shades paired with Hartmann & Forbes windowcovers to offer privacy and block harsh light. The custom 18′ windowcover’s woven natural fabric complements the organic esthetics of the room. The shades are artfully concealed in the millwork when not in use. Spire installed B&W in-ceiling speakers and Sonance invisible in-wall speakers to deliver ambient music that emanates throughout the space with no visual footprint. Spire also installed a Sonance Landscape Audio System so the homeowner can enjoy music outside. Each system is easily controlled using Savant. Spire personalized the settings to the homeowner’s preference making controlling the home efficient and convenient.
