Aeonium and other succulents and grasses line the new concrete pathway complimented by Mexican pebbles. To gain more usable space in this narrow landscape and update the hardscaping and overgrown garden, my design reconfigured the pathway with poured-in-place concrete pavers accented by Mexican pebbles and a stunning variety of succulents and other site-appropriate plantings that thrive in shade and part sun. We removed the tree to create a patio area large enough to fit a table and chairs for a small group. Non-invasive/clumping Bamboo was added to help screen the patio and provide privacy. Other shade to part-shade plants were included that provide a variety of textures and colors throughout the seasons. Low-voltage lighting was installed for safety and ambiance. A new driveway design featuring large concrete slabs and small black pebbles set in a permeable resin in between. The front areas of this landscape in Bel Marin Keys, Novato, were transformed from a tired, water thirsty-lawn into a contemporary setting with dramatic concrete pavers leading to the home's entrance. A variety of low-water plants for sun and part shade complete this project front yard transformation. Installed in February 2014. More plant updates early 2015. An antique wine press sits on the honed granite counter. The hammered copper backsplash reflects a soft glow of light into the wine cellar. A drawer was designed into the counter area for additional storage.

This serene Master Suite had a full face lift with new flooring, new paint and all new furnishings. This room was $20,000 to put together.

The shower includes dual shower areas, four body spray tiles (two on each side) and a large glass surround keeping the uncluttered theme for the room while still offering privacy with an etched “belly band” around the perimeter. The etching is only on the outside of the glass with the inside being kept smooth for cleaning purposes. The end result is a bathroom that is luxurious and light, with nothing extraneous to distract the eye. The peaceful and quiet ambiance that the room exudes hit exactly the mark that the clients were looking for.

For a client with a deep appreciation for all manner of architectural styles – and the passion to transform his lifelong dream of a single home showcasing their wide variety into reality – we were thrilled to meet the challenge. Consider the elements: an English conservatory-style kitchen. A Bahamian plantation-inspired bedroom. First and foremost a home meant to cosset and comfort an active family, it is also an elegant and gracious example of the many handcrafted arts too seldom seen. From custom ceiling treatments to hand-woven rugs, evidence of the artist’s hand abounds, imparting exquisite detail on virtually each and every surface. Nestled waterside along shimmering shores, this home is truly a dream come true – and proof the fanciful notions of the heart can indeed be transformed into functional living spaces that nurture, inspire, and satisfy the soul. Inspiration for a timeless patio remodel in Other

This Stunning Miami Apartment was transformed using: Master Bathroom: covered with Metropolis mosaic in the Opal color, and inspired by the style of Art Nouveau. The shower is covered with mosaic 1x1 Brillante 260, in black, which creates a contrast with other areas of the bathroom.

This year, transFORM designed, manufactured and installed a custom walk-in closet / dressing room for Real Housewives of New York star, Carole Radziwill. The unit was made with High Gloss Silver, High Gloss Graphite and a combination of custom, textured finishes. These artistically inspired elements work together to create a beautiful appearance, stunning depth of look, and smooth, touchable feel that exceeds expectations. The juxtaposition of soft gray finishes, and eclectic, globally-influenced accessories makes for a charming, sophisticated sanctuary. There are two sections of floor-to-ceiling shoe shelves with Matte Nickel shoe fences, which were purposely installed on a slant to provide easy access. Clean lines, both elegant and refined, allow Carole to locate her beloved pair of Jimmy Choos while emerging from an early morning haze. Innovative details and contemporary technique come together in a seamless and harmonious way. High and low hanging sections afford Carole enough room to organize her items based on size. This type of mechanism offers more depth than a standard hanging system. Open, adjustable shelving also adds a substantial amount of space to display bulky sweaters, smaller collectibles and exclusive handbags. transFORM integrated a lovely combination of energy efficient lighting options throughout the unit. The recessed LED strip lights pulse through the Metal, Swarovski Crystal hardware and create an even higher level of awareness and perception. This effect makes the space look more unique, user-friendly and accommodating. Behind closed doors, we have an elite scarf rack and sliding pant rack, both in a Matte Nickel finish. Additionally, an elegant full-length mirror that pivots and slides was added in Matte Aluminum.
