Archadeck transformed this area with a whole new design to offer more up-to-date outdoor living space and extended shade.
Using a dimensional gable roof, emanating from the home’s natural roof, we built a newly devised covered area for outdoor living.
To maintain the free-flowing nature of the elevated design, we installed a handsome black wrought iron railing around the newly installed pressure-treated deck floor.
Following the furthest extension of the rear of the home into the backyard, we installed a generously sized patio with virtually four times the amount of outdoor living space that the upper deck boasts. It, too, is protected with gathered performance fabric drapes that can expand to fully block out the afternoon sun whenever needed.
The area is beautifully covered and protected overhead with a Polygal pergola roof cover – quite ingenious if we do say so ourselves.

This dated split-level home was reimagined with a timeless exterior design that feels fresh, balanced, and effortlessly inviting.
The updated design pairs warm neutral siding with painted white brick, dark trim, and contemporary lighting to create clean lines and lasting curb appeal. A redesigned front entry establishes a stronger focal point, while layered landscaping and modern railings add texture, dimension, and a welcoming sense of arrival. Every element was selected to work together, creating a cohesive exterior that complements both the home's architecture and its beautiful wooded surroundings.
The finished design transforms the home's appearance without changing its footprint, demonstrating how thoughtful material selections, color, and architectural details can completely redefine curb appeal.

This Wooden Victorian addition and complete kitchen remodel transformed this old outdated traditional home into an elegant and functional space. Now the owners don’t want to move. Even though It looks like an expensive architect designed project, we saved the homeowners the expense of an architect by designing in house with our virtual CAD software to show everything from the chef’s stove, granite top island, pass through arched top window over the kitchen sink and french doors to make the kitchen feel larger, fresh and filled with natural light. With our modular designed Conservatory and structurally insulated floor system, this new favorite part of the house was finished much more quickly than other options.

At Colorworks Landscaping, we specialize in creating outdoor spaces that combine beauty, functionality, and sustainability. This project in Sun City is a perfect example of how we transform backyards into personalized retreats.
Project Overview:
- Ground Preparation: We started by demoing and prepping the ground, setting the stage for a flawless installation.
- Utility Installation: A water line was expertly laid to connect to a custom serenity fountain, and electrical work included wiring to a GFI outlet for added convenience.
- Hardscaping: Concrete pavers and step pads were installed with precision, providing both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
- Fire Pit Installation: We built a custom fire pit featuring a travertine cap, fire bar, and reflective fire glass. The structure was expertly stuccoed and painted to complement the design.
- Serenity Fountain: A stunning fountain with copper accents and a high-performance pump was installed, creating a calming focal point.
- Synthetic Turf: We installed 80 oz Daytona turf for a lush, evergreen lawn that is durable, pet-friendly, and virtually maintenance-free.
- Masonry Wall and Iron Fence: A masonry wall was built to support a custom-designed iron fence with steel gates, offering both security and a timeless design.
- Irrigation System: A drip irrigation system was set up to ensure efficient watering for plants, saving water while keeping the landscape vibrant.
