Stunning Kitchen & Butler’s Pantry Design This beautifully remodeled kitchen and adjacent butler’s pantry showcase a seamless blend of classic elegance and modern functionality. The open-concept kitchen is anchored by a large navy island with seating for six, topped with bright white quartz countertops. Brass accents in the pendant lighting, cabinet hardware, and faucet add a touch of warmth and sophistication. The perimeter cabinetry features timeless white shaker-style doors, complemented by a sleek, custom wood-trimmed range hood. A striking herringbone backsplash in glossy white tile ties the space together, offering subtle texture and dimension. The butler’s pantry is a hidden gem, designed for both beauty and utility. Navy lower cabinets paired with glass-front white uppers create visual contrast, while a bar sink and beverage fridge make it perfect for entertaining. Gold fixtures, including a stunning modern pendant, elevate the entire area. Gleaming, handmade-look square backsplash tiles bring a refined artisanal touch to the space. Perfect for both everyday living and entertaining, this kitchen and pantry combination exemplifies thoughtful design and luxurious finishes.

Our client wanted to add a hot tub and new cabana to their poolscape. The cabana was designed with a bar in the front and pool equipment and storage in the back. The bar has a roll up door for winterising. A lounge area in front allows the home owners to enjoy a drink while watching the kids play in the pool. Flagstone patios, steps, and hot tub surround give this backyard a luxurious feel. The fence is built from custom milled Cedar horizontal boards. The fence is backed with black painted plywood for full privacy. A custom hot tub pit was built in order to use what is normally an above ground hot tub. The hot tub was supplied by Bonavista Pools. Composite lumber was used to build an access hatch for hot tub controls. Boxwood hedging frame the garden spaces. There are two Hydrangea Standard trees which are underplanted with begonias for a pop of colour. The existing Cedar hedge created a great backdrop and contrast for our Japanese Maple hedge. The existing Beech tree was stunning! Lawn area was necessary for the family pets.

Movin on up from the tract homes of the Valley to the Ranch takes a shift in mindset, yet this couple also wanted to keep it real and practical for their growing family, house full of pets, and casual lifestyle. Inspired by a modern farmhouse aesthetic, this home was taken down to the bones and updated with a personal style of comfortable elegance while keeping the kids in mind.
