A neutral palette is the backdrop for bold, yet soothing, teals and blues. The juxtaposition of the rustic table and natural branch screens with modern lighting and art creates a dynamic space. Back-lit willow branches enhances the room's depth and creates an interesting shadow play on the ceiling as well. An over-scale iron sphere chandelier balances both the height and width of the room. Here we have the first area of a three room remolding project. In this dining room there are two pieces, a custom build, walnut, dining table and a buffet serving area topped by a walnut, with granite inlay, countertop. We were sought out by the customer because they had a very specific idea for the room and needed a lot of custom work. Normally we do not build custom tables but it was a fun challenge to make something new and it turned out perfect. Having the Delicatus granite inlay-ed in the walnut coutertop really added a nice texture to the buffet piece making both pieces to the room really stand out.

DEANE Inc has incorporated both classic and modern components into open kitchen and dining room space. Clean cut furniture in subtle hues are complemented by the stainless steel appliances of the custom kitchen. The open floor plan featuring a breakfast bar, functional kitchen, and large dining space allows for social gathering and family meals.

The family living in this shingled roofed home on the Peninsula loves color and pattern. At the heart of the two-story house, we created a library with high gloss lapis blue walls. The tête-à-tête provides an inviting place for the couple to read while their children play games at the antique card table. As a counterpoint, the open planned family, dining room, and kitchen have white walls. We selected a deep aubergine for the kitchen cabinetry. In the tranquil master suite, we layered celadon and sky blue while the daughters' room features pink, purple, and citrine.
