The unique opportunity and challenge for the Joshua Tree project was to enable the architecture to prioritize views. Set in the valley between Mummy and Camelback mountains, two iconic landforms located in Paradise Valley, Arizona, this lot “has it all” regarding views. The challenge was answered with what we refer to as the desert pavilion.
This highly penetrated piece of architecture carefully maintains a one-room deep composition. This allows each space to leverage the majestic mountain views. The material palette is executed in a panelized massing composition. The home, spawned from mid-century modern DNA, opens seamlessly to exterior living spaces providing for the ultimate in indoor/outdoor living.

After interviewing 8 custom home builders, Andre chose to build his retirement home with us. His two bedroom, two bath home includes a garage and a shop underneath. By building a smaller home we were able to infuse beautiful modern design touches such as the Finlandia cedar sauna, polished concrete floors, a spectacular tile shower, exceptional energy efficiency, an expansive TimberTech XLM composite deck, and 24-ft. tall vaulted living room.

This free-form, multi-level, custom-designed composite deck offers the ultimate in outdoor rooms. The deck offers three levels - each with a different purpose (dining, sitting, relaxing around the fire table) with steps anchored by planters as transition between the levels. Recessed lighting adds ambiance and safety between levels of this elegant leisure space.

This stunning landscape in Chicago's western suburbs is designed for ultimate personal and group entertaining. The composite deck features a Pratic pergola that can be adjusted to block rain and sun or fully open to the sky, complemented by glass railings for unobstructed views. The Unilock patio below is thoughtfully designed to differentiate dining and lounge areas, while an outdoor fireplace with a mounted TV provides a perfect spot for watching games and movies. The outdoor kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, grill, and pellet smoker, and the addition of an outdoor barrel sauna and cold plunge creates a luxurious spa-like atmosphere in the backyard.

This spare but stylish set of bathroom furniture unites a clarity and cleanliness of design with ultimate practicality for the bathroom with simple needs or restricted space.
Attractive contrast:
The one-piece, beveled-edge countertop and built-in basin is crafted from slim white gloss ceramic, an attractive counterfoil to the dark woody base. It features a soft-edged, rectangular shape which tapers to a smaller base. The whole unit is wall-mounted, to further enhance its sheer, ‘floating’, base-less simplicity. Ceramic countertop and built-in basin have been made in Italy and is available in a sleek, glossy white finish. Constructed using our elegant but strong and durable ceramic material of 1.6 cm thick. The stain resistant qualities and low surface moisture absorbency of this washbasin are functional and easy to clean.
Forest tones:
It brings together a single, roomy drawer finished in sophisticated dark brown composite veneer, the dramatic contrasting wood-grain evoking the tones of the mist-shrouded mountain forest, perfectly offset by the single strip metal griff handle. A bold surface full of character inspired by the Po Plain oaks and the unmistakable language of nature. The selected shades allow Sherwood to be used in classic and contemporary spaces, panelling, and fit-outs that require stylish visual and tactile details.
A touch of the blues:
The concept of our furniture compositions sets is founded on versatility and functionality. By designing a whole range of modularised options from open fronted cabinets with shelves, floor and wall units and multi-shelf storage, you can build the the perfect solution for your bathroom needs. Extra storage space, more shelves, an additional wall unit, or less shelves and a more minimal look…it’s all possible with our composition furniture range. Simply mix and match the elements until you achieve exactly what you want. The total effect is brought to life by the addition of the three-shelf vertical wall unit in sublime, matt, cobalt blue lacquer. This very handy, open-fronted unit provides storage for taller items such as shampoos and creams.

The elevated deck and covered porch was built using AZEK low maintenance decking in Cypress and includes integrated low voltage deck lighting. By choosing to go with a composite deck, the homeowners can enjoy very little maintenance as AZEK only requires soap and water cleanup on occasion and a quick rinse from the garden hose. This decking is engineered to last beautifully and unlike wood, AZEK decking resists scratches, stains, insects, moisture, mold, and mildew, and protection from cupping, cracking, and more with a 30-year limited fade and stain and lifetime limited warranties.
