This Reston Virginia Condo remodel required us to bring every room up to date. We provided the new wood plank laminate flooring with a cork underlayment for maximum comfort and sound absorption. The client requested that we turn the second bedroom into an office space. We lined the wall with semi-custom cabinetry, a new ceiling fan and a built out custom closet to store books and office supplies. The adjacent bathroom shower walls and floors are lined with polished marble floor tile and new chrome plumbing fixtures. The new grey vanity and quartz counters compliment the new grey zigzag accent marble tile. The master bedroom received a full overhaul as well including a custom velvet headboard lined with espresso wood, new nightstands and dresser, 2 new pendant lamps in front of the new espresso wall mirrors. We were sure to incorporate new LED lighting throughout the condo including smart home enabled Wi-Fi controlled lighting.

This basement located in Groton, MA was a fun one to build. We installed ship lap half way up around all of the walls, constructed a bar, boxed in beams, electrical and plumbing. Underneath the laminate flooring is 3/4" subfloor interlocking underlayment to keep all moisture out of the basement.

This COREtec Plus 7'' Wide Plank is the next revolution in luxury vinyl flooring. It has a solid locking LVT, that is made from recycled wood and bamboo dust, limestone, and virgin PVC. This also has an attached cork underlayment for a quieter, and warmer vinyl floor. These planks can be installed in any wet areas, its resistant to any odor causing mold or mildew.

Here we removed historical clay tiles and repaired dry rot and underlayment. Then we installed new copper flashings and reinstalled the clay tiles.

in the existing Game room, we replaced the heavy carpet with waterproof resilient flooring with Congoleum Triversa Wood Plank Vinyl flooring in Frosted Coffee. The cork attached underlayment makes this flooring soft underfoot perfect for the basement. we also updated the slider entrance and installed pocket doors seperating the existing room from the nedw rooms

Dark and lacking functionality, this hard working hall bathroom in Great Falls, VA had to accommodate the needs of both a teenage boy and girl. Custom cabinetry, new flooring with underlayment heat, all new bathroom fixtures and additional lighting make this a bright and practical space. Complete exterior remodel for three homes on the same property. These houses got a complete exterior and interior remodel, D&G Exteriors oversaw the exterior work. A little bit about the project: Roof: All three houses got a new roof using Certainteed Landmark Shingles, ice and water, and synthetic underlayment. Siding: For siding, we removed all the old layers of siding, exposing some areas of rot that had developed. After fixing those areas, we proceeded with the installation of new cedar shingles. As part of the installation, we applied weather barrier, a “breather” membrane to provide drainage and airflow for the shingles, and all new flashing details. All trim Windows: All windows on all three houses were replaced with new Harvey vinyl windows. We used new construction windows instead of replacement windows so we could properly waterproof them. Deck: All three houses got a new deck and remodeled porch as well. We used Azek composite decking and railing systems. Additional: The houses also got new doors and gutters.
