Our clients hired us to completely renovate and furnish their PEI home — and the results were transformative. Inspired by their natural views and love of entertaining, each space in this PEI home is distinctly original yet part of the collective whole. We used color, patterns, and texture to invite personality into every room: the fish scale tile backsplash mosaic in the kitchen, the custom lighting installation in the dining room, the unique wallpapers in the pantry, powder room and mudroom, and the gorgeous natural stone surfaces in the primary bathroom and family room. We also hand-designed several features in every room, from custom furnishings to storage benches and shelving to unique honeycomb-shaped bar shelves in the basement lounge. The result is a home designed for relaxing, gathering, and enjoying the simple life as a couple.

Toronto’s Upside Development completed this interior contemporary remodeling project. Nestled in Oakville’s tree lined ravine, a mid-century home was discovered by new owners returning from Europe. A modern Renovation with a Scandinavian flare unique to the area was envisioned and achieved.

The Hyde This home has 9' ceilings and a vista from the front door to the back of the home; as a result it makes the home feel spacious and light. It features a large chef's kitchen with a generous island and separate dining room, and the mudroom is located off of the garage with a walk-in closet providing ample space for storage.

The Georgian This home's traditional layout includes separate living and dining rooms while the great room off the spacious kitchen creates an inviting space for family entertaining. This home also features an elegant circular staircase, which leads to a spacious second floor landing.

The Killarney Built for entertaining, the Killarney's main floor boasts 9' ceilings and an impressive gourmet kitchen, opening into a formal living and dining room. One level up, there is a family room, which opens up to a large, covered balcony. Downstairs, the finished walkout basement features an entire floor of possibilities. This spacious home offers 3 and 4 bedroom plans.
