This Ranch Hacienda hillside estate boasts well over 13,000 square feet under roof. A loggia serves as the backbone for the design. Each space, both interior and exterior, has a direct response to the linear expression of outdoor space.
The exterior materials and detailing are rustic and simple in nature. The mass and scale create drama and correspond to the vast desert skyline and adjacent majestic McDowell mountain views.
Features of the house include a motor court with dual garages, a separate guest quarters, and a walk-in cooler.
Silverleaf is known for its embodiment of traditional architectural styles, and this house expresses the essence of a hacienda with its communal courtyard spaces and quiet luxury.
This was the first project of many designed by Architect C.P. Drewett for construction in Silverleaf, located in north Scottsdale.

With inspiration going back to antiquity, the ancient French farmhouse, or the vast bustling kitchen of chateau, our Range Hoods collections vary from the simply elegant to creations of intricate beauty, ranging in scale and style from delicate and understated to grand and majestic.

This six-bedroom home — all with en-suite bathrooms — is a brand new home on one of Lincoln Park's most desirable streets. The neo-Georgian, brick and limestone façade features well-crafted detailing both inside and out. The lower recreation level is expansive, with 9-foot ceilings throughout. The first floor houses elegant living and dining areas, as well as a large kitchen with attached great room, and the second floor holds an expansive master suite with a spa bath and vast walk-in closets. A grand, elliptical staircase ascends throughout the home, concluding in a sunlit penthouse providing access to an expansive roof deck and sweeping views of the city..

This residence is situated on a flat site with views north and west to the mountain range. The opposing roof forms open the primary living spaces on the ground floor to these views, while the upper floor captures the sun and view to the south. The integrity of these two forms are emphasized by a linear skylight at their meeting point. The sequence of entry to the house begins at the south of the property adjacent to a vast conservation easement, and is fortified by a wall that defines a path of movement and connects the interior spaces to the outdoors. The addition of the garage outbuilding creates an arrival courtyard.

One of the crucial aspects of the remodel was ensuring that everything had its place. The large kitchen was meticulously organized to provide ample storage space while keeping the country cottage feel intact. Custom-made cabinets and drawers were designed to accommodate her vast collection of dishware, carefully displaying it as if it were a work of art.
