This project won in the 2013 Builders Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh Housing Excellence Award for Best Urban Renewal Renovation Project. One of the most unique features of the home is the glass door in the living room. Powered like an automatic garage door, the wall retracts up to the ceiling at the press of a button. The door, as all windows throughout the home, was fabricated with double-pane glass to keep out noise and cold temperatures. The sofa and ottoman were designed by Robert and Cortney for CB2. Completely modular, it can be configured in a variety of ways and colors. By implementing a tray onto the ottoman, the piece can go from extra seating to a tabletop in a flash. The chair does not obstruct the room in which it is placed but enhances the perception of spaciousness. Even today, almost six decades after its presentation, when modernism is not an extravagant or radical concept anymore, the Drop Chair has neither aged nor become trite. It still looks fresh and contemporary. It is particularly well depicted by the chair’s manufacturer, which advertises the chair with a slogan: “It is a small chair with a big personality and it is as fresh and vibrant as a new design but with a rare heritage.”

Our designer has achieved a stylish look by combining dark cabinets and light-colored marbles.

The Central Park print ad is eye-catching due to the vibrant green, trendy French Bulldog, and promoting the prosperous Hamilton Mountain as THE place to live, connecting people to nature right outside their front door. The tagline speaks the ease of the sales and marketing reveal program. The main copy alludes to Hamilton Mountain as a destination for new homebuyers, similar to how Central Park is a destination in NYC. The purpose of the ad was to gather additional registrants for the VIP launch in October 2016. Losani Homes Ltd. Notes that the Central Park launch was one of their most successful launches to date.

This is an organic Lime Wash done with a true lime wash product as opposed to a brick mortar or concrete that is often seen on new houses. This product can be applied as a solid coating making the surface completely white, or can be applied and "washed off" in many artistic ways, as seen here.
