The living room and an open kitchen are beautiful remodeling results. The use of natural materials like natural stone slabs and wood creates a modern organic effect. Open space and combining wood with natural stone brought a beautiful feel to the space.

For this project, the Coastal Custom Wine Cellars team chose the modern RM4600 split-type cooling unit from US Cellar Systems. The wine cooling equipment is not noticeable at all because of its smart and effective installation, placing it outside the wine room which is accessible from outside the house. This installation method allows the wine cellar to be free from the cooling unit noise protecting the wine collection from potential exposure to vibrations. A rare find in Bloomfield Township is new construction. This gem of a custom home not only featured a modern, open floorplan with great flow, it also had an 1,800 sq. ft. unfinished basement. When the homeowners of this beautiful house approached MainStreet Design Build, they understood the value of renovating the accessible, non-livable space—and recognized its unlimited potential. Their vision for their 1,800 sq. ft. finished basement included a lighter, brighter teen entertainment area—a space large enough for pool, ping pong, shuffle board and darts. It was also important to create an area for food and drink that did not look or feel like a bar. Although the basement was completely unfinished, it presented design challenges due to the angled location of the stairwell and existing plumbing. After 4 months of construction, MainStreet Design Build delivered—in spades! Details of this project include a beautiful modern fireplace wall with Peau de Beton concrete paneled tile surround and an oversized limestone mantel and hearth. Clearly a statement piece, this wall also features a Boulevard 60-inch Contemporary Vent-Free Linear Fireplace with reflective glass liner and crushed glass. Opposite the fireplace wall, is a beautiful custom room divider with bar stool seating that separates the living room space from the gaming area. Effectively blending this room in an open floorplan, MainStreet Design Build used Country Oak Wood Plank Vinyl flooring and painted the walls in a Benjamin Moore eggshell finish. The Kitchenette was designed using Dynasty semi-custom cabinetry, specifically a Renner door style with a Battleship Opaque finish; Top Knobs hardware in a brushed satin nickel finish; and beautiful Caesarstone Symphony Grey Quartz countertops. Tastefully coordinated with the rest of the décor is a modern Filament Chandelier in a bronze finish from Restoration Hardware, hung perfectly above the kitchenette table. A new ½ bath was tucked near the stairwell and designed using the same custom cabinetry and countertops as the kitchenette. It was finished in bold blue/gray paint and topped with Symphony Gray Caesarstone. Beautiful 3×12” Elemental Ice glass subway tile and stainless steel wall shelves adorn the back wall creating the illusion of light. Awarded "Best Smart Home of the Year" by EH. Spire outfitted this beautiful Michigan home with the best in high quality luxury technology. The homeowners enjoy the complete control of their home, from lighting and shading to entertainment and security, through the Savant Control System. Homeowners and guests can easily create “scenes” to manage their days and social gatherings. Lutron shades help maintain light, climate and privacy to balance the inside and outside views. Outdoor entertaining is easy with the Sonance Landscape Audio System, Lutron light controls for pools and fountains and Savant control of outdoor fire pits. The fully managed Whyreboot network allows for uninterrupted system control. To maintain security, Holovision doors and gates are equipped with Doorbird system to notify residents of visitors and to give control to open and close doors and gates. Music lovers can enjoy the highest level in audio from Meridian 7200 speakers in the lower level, as well as, Sonance in wall and in ceiling speakers throughout the home. In order for the homeowners to enjoy different music and entertainment in various rooms, 14 zones of video and 26 zones of audio were necessary. Spire added many special touches to this amazing home. The master bathroom boasts a MirrorTV so owners can enjoy some entertainment while preparing for the day. A floor lift in the kitchen and dining room allows for entertainment, but can be tucked away when distractions are not wanted. A floor lift in the bedroom makes watching TV convenient, but can be put away when not in use. A fingerprint lock was placed at the bar for peace of mind. Spire’s expertise and commitment to detail were key to the intricate design concepts throughout the home. Spire worked closely with design teams to ensure under cabinet lighting was just right.

El espacio de este jardin tiene una ubicacion de privilegio dentro de la casa. Todas las areas comunes, incluyendo el comedor y la sala de estar estan directamente involucradas con este jardin. El desafio era realizar un espacio que desde al menos tres vistas fueran distintas. El simple echo de no tener un solo frente complicaba mucho la propuesta. Como se puede ver en el conjunto de fotografias y el video, un rio seco divide la escena en dos mitades, pero que a su vez se vinculan entre si a traves de un camino de rocas. Este camino tiene la funcion de integrar ambas partes. El cambio que se realizo en este jardin es muy notorio. Se incorporo un niwaki (arbol trabajado en forma de bonsai). Home theater - transitional enclosed carpeted and black floor home theater idea in Los Angeles with black walls and a projector screen

Given the diminutive size of this custom wine cellar in Dallas, our wine cellar builders were challenged to fit a reasonable amount of wine bottles into the space, without sacrificing aesthetics. We installed black metal wine racks from Vintage View, which store the bottles in a label forward orientation. The wine labels are facing out, allowing the owner for easy browsing of his wines. As you can see, the metal wine racks were used to great success, and the residential wine cellar's ultimate capacity was 252 consecutive wine bottles. LED lighting illuminates said bottles to great effect.
