This residential custom wine cellar Los Angeles was originally a niche located adjacent to the dining room outside the kitchen. We installed custom wine racks manufactured from Premium Redwood. We combined various bottle orientations: individual storage for standard and large format bottles, high-reveal display rows, and double deep square bins. Access to music is important in every room. Additional preparations for future video and technology upgrades were implemented with the original home low voltage wiring plan.

A Scullery or not? A separate baking area is positioned on the rear wall, partly partitioned off by frosted cavity sliding doors. This original wall line was retained to minimise structural changes and accommodate either an open and connected relationship with the 'home baker' chef OR discreetly hide when entertaining is underway!
