Client had an existing concrete patio off the back of the house with brick steps. They were unhappy with the look so we added the screen porch addition for more usage and a better look to the house. Finished off the trim in cedar to round out the features of the addition.

The residence received a full gut renovation to create a modern coastal retreat vacation home. This was achieved by using a neutral color pallet of sands and blues with organic accents juxtaposed with custom furniture’s clean lines and soft textures.

Location: Austin, Texas, United States 5,400 sf house in the Texas Hill Country outside Austin. The house sits that the start of a narrow ravine that opens up to views of the hills to the north. The entry and approach to the house is purposely modest and the house reveals itself as one enters. The great room features 10' tall sliding glass doors and a 14' high ceiling.
