Phase One took this cramped, dated lake house into a flowing, open space to maximize highly trafficked areas and provide a better sense of togetherness. Upon discovering a master bathroom leak, we also updated the bathroom giving it a sensible and functional lift in style.

My client wanted a clean classic bath that will be luxurious but understated. She fell in love with the first floor I showed her with a clover design in Calacutta Gold marble. We designed it to fit exactly within the space. The cabinetry detail is classic door style and painted white and the counter top is clean thassos.
