This whole house remodel involved revamping the layout, and redoing kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, living area, laundry room, lighting, and more. In addition, hardscaping was done including a terraced hill adjacent to a swimming pool. Highlights include a vaulted ceiling, large fireplace and french doors in the great room, a large soaking tub and curbless glass shower in the bathroom(s) and high ceilings and a skylight in the revamped contemporary kitchen.

With such an impeccably well curated sense of place and taste, as showcased in this stunning indoor swimming area with earthy decor palette, making this swimming pool a serene oasis.

Framed by clean paver tiles and bordered in uniform grout lines, the in-ground pool uses a subtle gradient in tiling to visually deepen the center basin. The waterline features a linear mosaic trim that adds a precision finish between the interior surface and coping edge. Perimeter drainage is embedded beneath the patio surface to prevent runoff accumulation without interrupting the slab’s clean layout. A consistent light-stone deck finish surrounds the pool, extending to a lounge zone arranged with modern Adirondack-style seating in UV-resistant composite material. Adjacent turf is edged with structural concrete and transitions into a reinforced boat dock equipped with a covered lift system, enabling watercraft access without encroaching on poolside activities. Framing the boundary, slim-profile fencing and mature palm plantings add privacy without blocking the expansive water view. The entire layout emphasizes symmetry, unobstructed sightlines, and a balance of functional exterior zones in a luxury coastal setting.

The focal point of the backyard, this gorgeous pool with copper waterfall spouts and sparkling blue mosaic tile has a Baja shelf and hot tub. Palm trees create a privacy screen and lovely backdrop to the pool.

ROMAN BATH: "PAN" &" VENUS FOUNTAIN" "Pan" &" Venus fountain" painted Trompe L'Oeil over the pool in gym room private residence. This wide room is bisected by stone arched columns, which act as a natural separation between the pool and gym. Three sides of this room are window walls, overlook a private garden and allow bright, natural light in at all hours of the day. There is a door leading out to steps down to the garden. In tribute to the room's original purpose, the fourth wall, which previously served as the outside wall of the house, has a painted ornamental pattern running along the entire wall; it is a likeness to the preserved stained-glass frames of the veranda that used to be there. The section of the wall above the pool imitates the walls of roman baths, with two Trompe L'oeil niches depicting statues of Venus' Fountain and of Pan. The statue of Pan is particularly relevant to this home; when the artist suggested the design, it turned out that the owner of the home, now a doctor, used to be a composer and wrote an opera named after the Greek god.
