This custom kitchen by Wills Milling & Hardwoods Inc. is the perfect mix of contemporary and rustic. It features modern sleek lines with a high quality finish in our most popular color. We achieved this rustic look by using Quartered Figured Sycamore for the cabinetry. In order to achieve the modern look we used full overlay doors and recommended stainless steel appliances.

This basement bar is perfect for entertaining guests. The Knotty Alder cabinets are in a Natural finish which displays the true character and beauty of this wood. We then built large floating shelves to mimick the wood bar top.

This custom colonnade is an architectural work of art! The Quartersawn Oak is continued throughout the entire house. The glass paneled doors in the colonnade compliment the glass panels in the entry door.

The farmhouse sink is a stunning and very useful addition. The granite flows right to the edge of the sink allowing for easy clean up. The granite choice really blends the stark white sink with the dark cabinets.

This 2 tier island adds ample seating space for your guest while still maintaining a large work surface. We used WilsonArt HD laminate in Winter Carnival.

This kitchen gets more modern with the use of large drawer bases. Drawers are not only convenient and functional, but help to achieve a more streamlined look. The addition of Mission style crown moulding enhances the modern feel.

Custom carvings add a personal touch to this modern day lodge. This latin quote meaning, "Called and uncalled, God will be present" has special meaning to the family that resides here.

Granite countertops and a large island allows for ample work space and seating. The glass panels in the upper cabinets continue the look of the glass transoms to tie this room together.

This home bar provides extra storage while also making a great transition piece to the dining table. It can also double as a buffet during family gatherings. The homeowner chose a vibrant green paint for the walls to contrast the dark slate stain on the cherry cabinets.

We continued the Craftsman style into the Master Bath. Our custom cabinets are made of Quartersawn Oak with a Shaker style door and slab drawer fronts. We used the same Triple Stack crown moulding that is in the kitchen to keep the look consistent.

When using dark colors, it is important to have ample lighting. To be sure the details of this cabinetry didn't get overshadowed, we added under cabinet lighting as well as lighting to the upper glass cabinets. The extra lighting really brightens up this space and gives it a warm and inviting feel.
