Homeowner Services of Michigan LLCWe transformed a small, outdated space into a modern, functional retreat for our recent bathroom remodeling project. This comprehensive renovation began with a complete demolition, taking the bathroom down to the studs. We removed all existing fixtures, walls, flooring, and old plumbing, creating a blank canvas for our vision.
First, we addressed the plumbing. The old, corroded pipes were replaced with new, durable materials, ensuring reliable water flow and pressure for years to come. We installed new supply lines and drainage to accommodate the new fixtures, including the vanity and shower.
Next, we updated the electrical system. The outdated wiring was replaced with new, up-to-code electrical work. We installed new outlets, switches, and light fixtures, providing ample lighting for the space. An exhaust fan was also installed to improve ventilation and prevent moisture buildup, essential for maintaining the bathroom's longevity and hygiene.
We then focused on HVAC improvements, adding a new duct and vent system to ensure proper heating and cooling. This upgrade enhances comfort and contributes to better air quality and energy efficiency.
For the flooring, we chose ceramic tiles with a wood plank look. These tiles offer the warmth and elegance of wood while providing the durability and water resistance of ceramic. The flooring was meticulously installed, creating a seamless and visually appealing surface.
The centerpiece of the remodel is the stock single-sink vanity. This stylish yet practical addition provides ample storage and counter space, making daily routines more convenient. Above the vanity, we installed a sleek mirror that adds both functionality and a touch of sophistication.
The shower area received a complete makeover with new tiles and an adjustable rain shower head. The tile work extends from floor to ceiling, creating a cohesive and luxurious feel. The adjustable rain shower head offers a customizable bathing experience, combining both style and comfort.
This small bathroom remodel exemplifies our commitment to quality and attention to detail. By starting from the studs and rebuilding with modern, high-quality materials, we've created a space that is beautiful and built to last. A 24 x 30 double pain window on side, inside divider for coop/storage area, two 2x4 perches for cold weather foot protection. Electrical supply to water to prevent from freezing. Also allows for heat lamp when temperatures go below 25 degrees. Coop is generally not heated. Lamp takes the bitter cold out.
Built from traditional siding on pressure treated frame set on two 6x8 beams so entire coop can be moved with a tractor to re-locate. Not a tractor coop. Galvanized corrugated roofing on coop and run. Run 1/2" galvanized wire is buried 8" below grade to prevent predators from digging into run.

The most recent project features their master bath, a room they have been wanting to tackle for many years. We think it was well worth the wait! It started off as an outdated space with an enormous platform tub open to the bedroom featuring a large round column. The open concept was inspired by island homes long ago, but it was time for some privacy. The water closet, shower and linen closet served the clients well, but the tub and vanities had to be updated with storage improvements desired. The clients also wanted to add organized spaces for clothing, shoes and handbags. Swapping the large tub for a dainty freestanding tub centered on the new window, cleared space for gorgeous his and hers vanities and armoires flanking the tub. The area where the old double vanity existed was transformed into personalized storage closets boasting beautiful custom mirrored doors. The bathroom floors and shower surround were replaced with classic white and grey materials. Handmade vessel sinks and faucets add a rich touch. Soft brass wire doors are the highlight of a freestanding custom armoire created to house handbags adding more convenient storage and beauty to the bedroom. Star sconces, bell jar fixture, wallpaper and window treatments selected by the homeowner with the help of the talented Lisa Abdalla Interiors provide the finishing traditional touches for this sanctuary.

Modern Craftsman Remodeling Co.The family room, previously a flat wall with no built-in features, was transformed to reduce clutter and create a more organized space. A custom-built wall unit was designed to maximize storage and functionality. This large unit features a mounted flatscreen TV set against a shiplap backdrop, with wires neatly concealed within the wall to minimize visible cords. The built-in unit includes two floor-to-ceiling bookcases on either side, each with open shelving both above and below. The center of the unit offers a combination of drawers and cabinet doors, providing 10 additional storage solutions. This versatile space is ideal for organizing children’s artwork, art supplies, movies, electronics, games, and more.
To enhance the overall aesthetic, crown molding was added to complement the unique sloped ceiling, along with baseboards and additional trim work. Additionally, wood floor laminate was installed throughout the entire first floor of the home, replacing outdated carpet and contributing to a cohesive, modern look.

DEANE Inc | Distinctive Design & CabinetryThe clients loved their newly purchased, quiet, and secluded home, but it needed a full renovation. As the homeowners are avid chefs, the design and intelligent usage plan for the new kitchen took top priority. They were inspired by a visit to the DEANE showroom displays and selected a sleek, modern style without hardware for their midcentury, Italian modern update. High gloss, lacquer cabinets in a soft grey add warmth to the room, and all cabinets and drawers are opened either via channel pulls or touch-operated. To keep the quartzite countertops clean and free of clutter, the drawers were customized to include knife inserts, silverware dividers, and spices out of sight with a cooking utensil drawer right below the range and a pull-out cabinet underneath the sink to give easy access to cleaning supplies. The patinaed stainless steel island with distressed, wire-brushed cabinets acts as both an area for eating as well as entertaining, with storage designed for serving platters. Appliance garages flank the cooktop counter areas, and the detail at the bottom of the custom hood echos the channel pulls. Refrigerated beverage drawers and contemporary SubZero/Wolf model appliances complete the space, with the single slab, seamless backsplash providing a dramatic focal point. The designer loves how the mixture of stainless steel and high gloss lacquer makes the room so stunning.
We Got LitesLighting is often described as jewelry for the home. Crystorama makes good on the metaphor with its newest collection of chandeliers. They have taken the warm glow in the golden square crystal shade and placed it inside the antique silver metal work, creating a sophisticated illuminating decor.
