Their family expanded, and so did their home! After nearly 30 years residing in the same home they raised their children, this wonderful couple made the decision to tear down the walls and create one great open kitchen family room and dining space, partially expanding 10 feet out into their backyard. The result: a beautiful open concept space geared towards family gatherings and entertaining. This table was built for a local business needing a boardroom table. Having a boardroom with a smaller footprint required a table smaller than one would expect in a boardroom setting. At 6′ x 3′ it would be perfect for most dining spaces but often our designs are very scalable such as the one in this portfolio. The tabletop was built solid 1.5″ Elm wood from 3 beautiful slabs. The Elm compliments the industrial style of our Reardon leg base. Details: 6’ x 3′ reclaimed Elm table finished with OSMO Hardwax Polyx Oil with Reardon leg base in black powder coat finish.

This sophisticated black and white bath belongs to the clients' teenage son. He requested a masculine design with a warming towel rack and radiant heated flooring. A few gold accents provide contrast against the black cabinets and pair nicely with the matte black plumbing fixtures. A tall linen cabinet provides a handy storage area for towels and toiletries. The focal point of the room is the bold shower tile accent wall that provides a welcoming surprise when entering the bath from the basement hallway.

Modern farmhouse style set of outdoor patio tables. The tops are granite ordered custom to match the client's outdoor kitchen and the bases are made of cedar and stained to match the outdoor kitchen ceiling, then sealed with coats of clear finish for protection.
