Inspired by modern mountain ski homes from trips gone by, the overall goal for the feel of the space was to be soothing, with subtle natural colors, and light. The kitchen’s main prep sink with the galley workstation is on the island across from the cooking area and refrigerator/freezer. A warming drawer is located on the same side along with double ovens plus a steam oven located on the end of the island. This layout keeps guests out of the cooks work area and makes entertaining easy.
The result is a soothing beautiful kitchen designed for entertaining family and friends and function with a strong attention to the finer details and the natural setting of the home and outdoors.

This contemporary kitchen design is a dream come true, full of stylish, practical, and one-of-a-kind features. The large kitchen is part of a great room that includes a living area with built in display shelves for artwork. The kitchen features two separate islands, one for entertaining and one for casual dining and food preparation. A 5' Galley Workstation, pop up knife block, and specialized storage accessories complete one island, along with the fabric wrapped banquette and personalized stainless steel corner wrap designed by Woodmaster Kitchens. The second island includes seating and an undercounter refrigerator allowing guests easy access to beverages. Every detail of this kitchen including the waterfall countertop ends, lighting design, tile features, and hardware work together to create a kitchen design that is a masterpiece at the center of this home.

In this kitchen we updated the existing cabinetry with new Top Knobs Edwardian Lund Pulls & Knobs. A Distressed Medallion Designer Maple Island in Black Heirloom with caffe glaze was added to accent the room. Instead of a typical sink an undermount 4’ Galley workstation was installed. Accessories for the Galley included an upper tier cutting board, an 11” bowl, an 11” colander, 1 lower tier platform with cutout for bowl/colander, 1 lower tier platform and a galley drain rack. For the faucet, we installed a new Delta Pilar Single Handle Pull Down faucet with Touch 20 Technology in brushed nickel and a drinking water faucet. A new 3cm Cambria Quartz countertop in Canterbury color was installed. The backsplash is 4x4 San Mateo honed tumbled tile with San Mateo pencil molding and San Mateo 2x2 rope border behind the range accented with 1x1 Sonoma glass tiles in Hemp color.

This bright & beautiful traditional kitchen is a wonderful addition to a historic home located in midtown Tulsa. The owners (who are avid cooks that love to entertain), wanted a kitchen that would both make sense in their home, while giving it a fresh feel as soon as you enter through the front door. It features a sizable island with honed marble counter top, UltraCraft Crystal Lake Red Birch cabinets with a Porcini stained finish, seating for five, a six foot Galley Ideal Workstation and 15" Wolf two burner induction cooktop for easy meal preparation. The kitchens perimeter features a Thermador gas range top with Thermador vent hood, farmhouse cleanup sink surrounded by a brushed granite counter top, a 42" Sub-Zero built in refrigerator, Wolf steam oven and Gaggenau oven with UltraCraft Crystal Lake Maple cabinets with a Melted Brie painted finish throughout. This entire kitchen truly looks beautiful in concert with the homes original wood floors.

Create Good Sinks' 46" workstation sink (5LS46c) with two "Ardell" faucets from our own collection. This 16 gauge stainless steel undermount sink replaced the dinky drop-in prep sink that was in the island originally. The oversized, single basin sink with two tiers lets you slide cutting boards and other accessories along the length of the sink. Seen here with several accessories to make the perfect party bar and snack station. Midnight Corvo matte black quartz counters.

Our 46" workstation sink with built in ledge for cutting boards and other accessories. This large, single bowl sink with dual ledges can do double duty as a party prep and serving station. Double faucets allow two people to work at the sink together and keep one side of the sink usable if the other is occupied with accessories.
Shown with our Stainless Steel Beverage Tub, 3-Bowl Serving Board in white, and 18" Cutting Board in bamboo.

The Galley Workstation is more of an appliance than a sink. This kitchen features a 3' version and their only complaint is that they didn't go for the 4'. Sizes range from 2'-7' and come with a variety of accessories that allow you to use this hole in your countertop for a lot more than just washing dishes!
