Our studio reconfigured our client’s space to enhance its functionality. We moved a small laundry room upstairs, using part of a large loft area, creating a spacious new room with soft blue cabinets and patterned tiles. We also added a stylish guest bathroom with blue cabinets and antique gold fittings, still allowing for a large lounging area. Cobblestone walkway leads visitors though a custom gate and stone wall to the rear yard. Framed by Royal Rain Drop Crabapples and up lighting enhances the experience.

This ranch was a complete renovation! We took it down to the studs and redesigned the space for this young family. We opened up the main floor to create a large kitchen with two islands and seating for a crowd and a dining nook that looks out on the beautiful front yard. We created two seating areas, one for TV viewing and one for relaxing in front of the bar area. We added a new mudroom with lots of closed storage cabinets, a pantry with a sliding barn door and a powder room for guests. We raised the ceilings by a foot and added beams for definition of the spaces. We gave the whole home a unified feel using lots of white and grey throughout with pops of orange to keep it fun.

The home's exterior is made up of smooth white stucco, exposed board-formed concrete, clear impact resistant glass with a dark bronze Kynar finish, and Brazilian Cumaru wood accents naturally resistant to South Florida's extreme environment.

These South Shore of Boston Homeowners approached the Team at Renovisions to power-up their powder room. Their half bath, located on the first floor, is used by several guests particularly over the holidays. When considering the heavy traffic and the daily use from two toddlers in the household, it was smart to go with a stylish, yet practical design. Wainscot made a nice change to this room, adding an architectural interest and an overall classic feel to this cape-style traditional home. Installing custom wainscoting may be a challenge for most DIY’s, however in this case the homeowners knew they needed a professional and felt they were in great hands with Renovisions. Details certainly made a difference in this project; adding crown molding, careful attention to baseboards and trims had a big hand in creating a finished look. The painted wood vanity in color, sage reflects the trend toward using furniture-like pieces for cabinets. The smart configuration of drawers and door, allows for plenty of storage, a true luxury for a powder room. The quartz countertop was a stunning choice with veining of sage, black and white creating a Wow response when you enter the room. The dark stained wood trims and wainscoting were painted a bright white finish and allowed the selected green/beige hue to pop. Decorative black framed family pictures produced a dramatic statement and were appealing to all guests. The attractive glass mirror is outfitted with sconce light fixtures on either side, ensuring minimal shadows. The homeowners are thrilled with their new look and proud to boast what was once a simple bathroom into a showcase of their personal style and taste. "We are very happy with our new bathroom. We worked closely with him and the clients to achieve the right interior layout as well as the furniture plan. As far as the interior design, we helped with the selections of the various finishes (flooring, bathroom tiles, paint colors for both interior and exterior, hardware, furniture and light fixtures). Working with great vendors such as Francois & Co. for the kitchen hood and the fireplace, Specialty Tile, Circa Lighting, Century Furniture, and many other wonderful local vendors. This helped us achieve the perfect atmosphere and architectural detail in the space. The clients were very involved in the selection process and so it helped that they had great taste! It was a great project from concept to the finished design.

Set on a historic street in Logan Square, this brick foursquare home brims with carefully restored original character—lots of woodwork, stained glass, and even its century-old dining room light fixture. Our clients wanted to bring that same richness into their furnishings, creating a design forward family space that could stand up against two young boys and a pooch. Bold choices set the tone: a wallpapered dining room ceiling, a custom upholstered curved sofa, and a sculptural headboard in the primary bedroom. Thoughtful lighting, vintage and custom rugs, and that perfect amount of patina help bridge the gap between old and new. The result is a home that honors its bones while embracing a design forward spirit that doesn't feel too precious.

Viewed from the family room, this kitchen opens up to a catering kitchen through the arch on the left and the husband's study through the archway on the right. Seating for nine, divided between the L-shaped island, banquette and dining chairs, was a priority for these clients who entertain often. They wanted family and friends to be able to watch the TV in the adjacent family room, during meals in the open plan kitchen. The repurposed French farm house wood floor anchors the space and provides a lived-in feeling to this newly constructed home. The vivid sunset colors of the chair fabric on the chairs bring energy and warmth to the space while the glass front cabinets from Woodland provide display space for special dishware. Wake up and walk into this marble master bathroom oasis. The walk-in shower features a dimensional marble tile and is paired with marble stacked tile and flooring. The custom glaze on the cabinets catches all of the natural daylight as it flows through all of the windows.
