The complete renovation of this existing single-family home took the existing structure down to the studs. The addition of a new wood-clad box and cantilevered roof mark the entrance. Smooth stucco, large-format tile, a standing-seam metal roof and black aluminum windows and doors complete the material palette. The challenge of a receding ground plane at the rear of the house is met with a stadium-seating style deck which graciously engages with the large back yard.

ASC Welded Designs designed, fabricated and installed this one of a kind Mono-Tube Stair comprised of a fabricated 6'' tube steel for the backbone and risers with 6''x1/4''x12'' plates topped off with 2'' stained oak treads. The upper mounting plate is oversized and houses recessed LED's along with color changing LED that run the full length of the mono-tube. All steel is powder coated White/Grey. ASC also designed, fabricated and installed the Multi-Line Pipe Rail on the stairs as well as the upper L-shaped landing areas. Railing is powder coated Teal/Blue Green

A laundry room flood gave opportunity for a brand new kitchen including an improved floor plan, new custom cabinets and fabulous organization. Creating separate work zones for this busy family was the key. The island houses all tools necessary for this avid baker. Including a hinged mixer shelf, pull out utensil bin and tray base cabinet. The wall layout has everything you need to prep and cook a gourmet meal. Reconfiguring the niche created additional pantry and baking pan storage. Adding seeded glass and mullions gave this client plenty of space to display her favorite items.
