AquaTerra Outdoors was hired to bring life to the outdoors of the new home. When it came time to design the space we were challenged with the tight space of the backyard. We worked through the concepts and we were able to incorporate a new pool with spa, custom water feature wall, Ipe wood deck, outdoor kitchen, custom steel and Ipe wood shade arbor and fire pit. Cooking is easy in the petite farmhouse style kitchen. The two-toned cabinetry creates a light yet grounded space with classic farmhouse accents like the light over the sink and subway tile backsplash. Cabinetry is functional with roll-outs, spice racks, trash pull-out and drawers.

Our clients owned a secondary home in Bellevue and decided to do a major renovation as the family wanted to make this their main residence. A decision was made to add 3 bedrooms and an expanded large kitchen to the property. The homeowners were in love with whites and grays, and their idea was to create a soft modern look with transitional elements. We designed the kitchen layout to capitalize on the view and to meet all of the homeowners requirements. Large open plan kitchen lets in plenty of natural light and lots of space for their 3 boys to run around. We redesigned all the bathrooms, helped the clients with selection of all the finishes, materials, and fixtures for their new home.

Innovative Construction is a different kind of renovation company because of the people that work there. They do very high quality work as well, which is not a common combination! Many of the construction guys have been working with Innovative Construction for years and they are the most thoughtful, happiest and hardworking crew we have ever been around. The office crew are very responsive and always go the extra mile to be helpful (thanks, Aisling)! Our recent job was smaller than our first job, and we still received personal service and great attention to detail (thanks, Trevor). I was amazed at how willing they all are to investigate the best options for our specific job, whether it be a different material or product or design. Located in the private Cypress Point neighborhood in Plano, this small backyard was transformed from a small garden area to an updated and modern outdoor living area. In addition to the new covered porch and fire place, we have added outdoor seating for chaise lounges, along with a modern plunge pool & spa with raised backdrop fountain feature. The project also features built-in seating, fountain spillways, decorative pool tile, step stones and all new landscaping to provide a lush, private retreat for the owners.
