This outdated bathroom received a complete makeover, creating a space that’s both elegant and highly functional. To begin, we modified the framing to accommodate recessed medicine cabinets for additional storage while maintaining a clean, streamlined look. We also removed the large built-in Roman tub, opening up the room and replacing it with a beautiful freestanding soaking tub a new alcove shower that features a wrapped pony wall, creating an open feel while naturally containing the water. The homeowner originally planned on installing shower glass but ultimately chose to leave it open—and the design works beautifully, proving that thoughtful planning can eliminate the need for glass while maintaining both style and functionality. The space was finished with stunning white shaker vanities by KCD, topped with elegant quartz countertops. We carried the quartz throughout the shower with custom details including: ✔️ A custom quartz windowsill ✔️ Quartz caps on the pony wall ✔️ A quartz-wrapped corner bench ✔️ Custom quartz shelves in the shampoo niche We also added recessed lighting to brighten up the space.
