45 Architecture

The team at 45 Architecture is undeniably the BEST!! My husband and I had built a few homes in prior years and after working with Jeff, Tanner and the team at 45 Arch we are likely in our forever home because they truly listened and used their expertise to expand on our vision, ultimately making the home a reality far superior to what we ever could have imagined. We purchased a large, very dated home in South Bozeman so our young children would attend a particular school district but mostly for our dream lot – backing to a water fountain in a golf course pond. We had never tackled a remodel and were in over our heads. Our past architect decided a few days before closing it would be “too much work”. I frantically called Jeff, who I participated in Leadership Bozeman with a few years back. He was out of the country and still called me back the same day and had his team on the property within just a few days. Their attitudes and outlook of the project was exciting and reassuring. They provided us with realistic timelines and kept our budget in mind. Tanner far exceeded our expectations – he attended meetings to help select finishes, he would be at the house within minutes when needed and advocated for us and our design when our builder tried to take an alternate direction. His communication was impeccable, answering each (and there were many) question directly, promptly and with suggestions and solutions. They were forward thinking, true professionals with a deep passion for design and we are so grateful for their commitment to successfully transform what looked like a nursing home in to a phenomenal modern residence for us to raise our family in. When we first started the project our friends and family openly told us we were crazy. Now, because of 45 Architecture’s vision and dedication to our project, they all now see it too. Our experience with this premier firm was excellent and I would (and have) recommended them at the highest level.
