I must preface by saying that I had sworn off wallpaper forever after removing a house full when we moved in 35yrs ago. When my designer suggested wallpaper for a powder room I was apprehensive but I trusted her immensely so I went for it. I found Abode Couture LLC on Houzz (my designer's person had retired) and they were available. Cheryl Heator was so helpful with ordering and guided me through the process of getting an accurate picture of the room's dimensions. They came installed our paper and I LOVE IT!!! So much, we had them return and they papered the hall bath and an accent wall in our primary bedroom. I'm obsessed!! The Abode Couture Team are friendly professional and most of all talented. Thank you so much for helping to transform our home Wish I could post photos but for some reason they won't download.

This is the second time I have used Abode Couture for wallpaper selection and installation. They are prompt in their communication, incredibly helpful with wallpaper ordering and prep, and true masters of their craft. Both installations have been flawless. Cheryl and her team just completed my master bathroom and I cannot be more pleased with the outcome. I started out with doing just an accent wall with this bold mural/wallpaper and eventually decided to do the whole bathroom. Cheryl was fantastic in aligning the pattern on the two side walls and they came out wonderfully - my bathoom is stunning. Cheryl and her very accomplished and talented crew,Olivia and Kylee,tackled two problem areas recently. Both jobs involved removing improperly hung wallpaper that was coming off.( bubbling, separating seams). I live in a 137 year old house with very high ceilings. One area involved my upstairs and downstairs hall with complicated varying heights. In addition,Cheryl reduced her final bill when it took her less time to remove the wallpaper than she originally estimated. I admire such honesty! They did an outstanding job. I hired Abode Couture to remove kitchen wallpaper that has been on the walls for more than 20 years. Cheryl and staff were prompt and professional throughout the project from estimate through taking down the wallpaper. Abode Couture did a wonderful job wallpapering a powder room in blue grasscloth, and a dining room wall in another grasscloth, as well as a bathroom wall in a photo mural. All three installations look wonderful. I have already recommended Cheryl to friends.

Cheryl and her team did an amazing job. They completed three rooms in our home she was very accommodating with my schedule. You would never know that they were there clean up was great. The job was done to perfection and one paper in particular was a challenge I assume a "Mica" paper. Pictures of two rooms attached I hope.

Cheryl and Kylee were beyond lovely and efficient, and their work has blown us away, as well as every other person who's seen our new wallpaper feature wall. I cannot even begin to describe Cheryl's attention to detail too. She covered a vent cover to match perfectly, but realized she had done so upside down. So she painstakingly re-did the whole thing. This is the second time we have hired Cheryl for a wallpaper project. The first was a repair job and she did a fabulous job - seamless! For this project, she and her team did full wallpaper removal including ceilings in 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. The job was much more difficult than planned as the original designer did not use sizing but Cheryl and her team worked diligently and professionally to complete it. I love her team's attitude and that they keep such an organized space when working. I would hire them again in a minute! Worth every dollar spent!

I contacted Cheryl to install wallpaper on an accent wall in my bedroom. Cheryl was wonderful to work with start to finish - she came to look at the room, helped me get the wallpaper, stuck with me while I made up my mind on complementary paint colors, and installed the wallpaper as soon as she had time in her schedule. There was even a little hiccup in the base coat on the wall from previous coats of paint - Cheryl immediately resolved it with no fuss. Cheryl did an amazing job with my powder room and her work is BEAUTIFUL! This is the first time I have put up wall paper in my home so I decided to hire a professional installer and I am so glad I called Cheryl. I am beyond happy with the work she did. I called three different installers and right from the start Cheryl stood out from the rest. She was prompt at returning my call and answered all my questions. During our call she asked many good questions to feel get a feel for the job, made recommendations on the amount of wall paper to order and gave me some great pointers to think about before making a final paper selection. On the day work was to begin Cheryl was right on time and quickly started with the job. She noticed a flaw in the pattern and coloration with the wallpaper. She contacted the retailer I had purchased it from and did all the leg work for me to return it (way above and beyond if you ask me). As it turned out, she was able to get the wallpaper I wanted and it was less expensive ordering it from her. Once the new wallpaper arrived she inspected it to ensure there were no quality issues and contacted me so we could reschedule the following week. It is evident she pays attention to the smallest detail and did a great job cleaning up once she was done as well. I would ask Cheryl to do additional projects in my home and highly recommend her for any wallpaper project you have.

Cheryl did a great job on our master bedroom. It was a big job, including paper on the tray ceiling. She did a really meticulous job perfectly matching the geometric pattern in the paper, papering the air vents, and switch covers. We already have plans to use her again on another project.
