Danny was the best builder we could have asked for during our 3-year custom home journey. He was with us every step from when we shopped for buildable lands through post-construction warranty fixes. I’ve worked with some horrible builders and GCs but Danny is different. So much so that we plan to hire him again soon. Cross-skills: Danny is solid in all areas of the custom home value chain including architecture/design and build. He did the custom design and build for our home, accommodating several changes, even up till framing. Flexibility: Danny carried us along every step of the way, making selection changes on the fly as we requested them, altogether helping us build a home that fits our lifestyle. One time, we wanted to switch from builder grade stairs to floating stairs and needed to demo the existing area, including drywall repair. Danny took this on and delivered top-notch results in a super complex workstream. He’s extremely detailed! Budget conscious: Danny was so accountable with our budget, we barely touched our contingency funds for structural overages, allowing us to put that money towards upgrades. Communication: One of my favorite things about working with Danny is his responsiveness. At the peak of construction, we often changed our minds on previous decisions. We would reach out to Danny several times each day (even on weekends) and he always answered or called back. We hired Danny and we got Danny 100%; no proxies or access limitations. Simply top-notch!

Two years ago, we searched all over Atlanta and Cobb County area for the best custom home builder. We met quite a few, ADG stood out. Its design, quality, price, and attention to the very details we want is something we found very engaging. Fast forward to two years after that, the house is completed, and it definitely turned out to be beyond our expectations.
