Working with Case and Alex was an absolute pleasure from start to finish and we couldn't be more pleased with the results! Each stage of the entire process of consultation, design, permitting, and craftsmanship made our investment feel worthwhile. The final results of our newly renovated kitchen and expanded living space are nothing short of stunning. We loved our whole team, but Alex in particular gave the project a personal touch. Working with her can only be described as fun. You feel as if you've walked onto the set of an HGTV show as the lucky participants. The team makes you feel that valued. While they led with complete professionalism and expertise, they were also quick to allow participation in the process. You aren't simply receiving something stock from their plans or distribution partners (although they had some great ones to recommend); they sought and incorporated our input such as allowing us to custom our range hood and a feature accent to our backsplash. CASE truly goes above and beyond, and I’m so grateful for their hard work and dedication. Five stars all the way!

Alex is a true delight to work with. She has terrific taste and doesn't take a "you have to do it this way approach." Her suggestions were always terrific (and often varied; she does not have an inflexible view of what looks good), and she worked well with our ideas. If I asked her for ideas on things that went beyond the work they were doing (e.g., how do you think this new dining room table would go with what we've just done), she was helpful and responsive. She also understood well the art of the possible on big construction issues, e.g., can we really take down this wall? Should we? She helped us both on a massive kitchen remodel and a more basic basement remodel. I would work with her again in a heartbeat.

We embarked on a very ambitious and transformative reconfiguration and reimagining of our kitchen (and laundry room). From day one, Alex was a delight to work with, brought attractive and creative options to the table, and simultaneously demonstrated tremendous humility and competence. Even when we ran into complications she stayed focused and positive. We love our new space(s) and are grateful for the chance to work with her.

I could not be happier with my new kitchen. It is showcased on Alex’s website. It is beautiful and extremely functional. Alexandria paid special attention when designing the space. As a pastry chef, I needed a workable space for baking and Alex came up with a terrific design.
