Our 20+ years of residential interior design as well as model home merchandising sets us apart from other staging companies. MEET THE A-TEAM: Alison & Andrea Alison Royer graduated from SDSU and received her design degree at IDI in Newport Beach, CA. She has been in the design industry since 1999. She began working on high-end residential projects before entering the model home industry in 2002. In 2010, she began focusing on residential design and home staging. Over the past few years, she has returned to her roots in model home merchandising, working with the largest production builder in the country. During this time, she designed model home projects all over the West Coast. Her experience working with high-end design details within the budget-driven model home industry, has given her the ability to obtain beautiful and functional design at approachable price points. Andrea Profancik graduated with a degree in Business Finance from BYU. She brings her exceptional business development and finance skills along with her love of design and keen eye to detail. She has been involved with the design process from inception to completion on countless staging and design projects. Andrea excels at working with homeowners and agents to maximize a home’s potential while keeping in mind budget, demographics, and goals. She loves to create warm and inviting spaces for all of our clients. Andrea and Alison have been working together in the design field since 2010. Their partnership has taken them down every Avenue of the design industry... residential and home staging, HGTV television projects, HGTV magazine, contract design and corporate events. They both bring a skill set that is unique and specialized in the interior design industry.

I recently worked with Andrea at Avenue A Interiors and she was fantastic! Her design eye is spot on, she knows what buyers like and want to see, and she makes it happen. AAI is a true partner in the process of prepping a home for sale. Their communication is excellent, they listen to what you want, respect your budget and give great guidance on what should be done. I was relieved that with them, staging was one less thing I had to worry about because they had it covered! The home had a flurry of activity right off the bat, we received multiple offers above list, and ultimately sold the home quickly and for top dollar! The best part - Andrea is an absolute joy to work with! Avenue A knows what sells, they offer top-notch service and competitive pricing. I highly recommend Avenue A Interiors and plan to work with them again!

Belmont Design Group came highly recommended and they did not disappoint! I have sold a lot of homes and worked with many staging companies, however, I found Belmont Design Group to be the best. Very professional, honest and they do fantastic work. They staged our home in just a few days from our first contact with them and worked overtime in order for us to hit the market before the weekend. We used Belmont Design Group to help us design our home in Ladera Ranch and can't say enough about them! We worked closely with Lara, as she is a Ladera resident as well, and she was AWESOME! Alison was super helpful as well. They helped us with the entire downstairs of our home and it is just about done..we are so so excited. They were very patient with us and their eye for design is amazing. Would totally recommend Belmont for staging and designing any day!!!

We just finished remodeling a property on Newport Beach and needed a staging company to make it attractive to wide range of prospective buyers. We called up Belmont Design Group and needed someone to quote right away because open house was in a week. Alison was very professional and knowledgeable. She came to the property right away and measure the house also gave us a quote that day through email. We decided to go with them because of the design we saw on their website, reasonable price, and great service . After three days, their crew came to install. The result was beyond expected. They really have a great eye on the placement of furniture. The house was sold very fast thanks to Belmont design group. I would highly recommend them and definitely use them again on our next projects!

As someone who is in the business of remodeling and developing residential real estate, the end product, as it relates to design, staging and overall use of space and how the recipient is going to feel when they enter that particular space, is paramount to the job of a design/staging company. Belmont Design Group has done an excellent job of capturing the essence of each space they have designed for me. Whether the home is Tuscan, Traditional, Cape Cod or Contemporary, BDG seems to have their finger on the pulse of design elements that are going to maximize the overall sensory experience of being in that space. When we decided it was time to move, Belmont Design Group came to our home and gave us a detailed report of recommendations on how best to stage our home in order to sell quickly. They helped us every step of the process by sending us links on what items to purchase, personally shopping for items needed and responding immediately by text and phone when I needed their advice on the purchases I was making. They also brought in beautiful rugs, artwork, and decorative pieces from their inventory for the staging. And once we had the home decluttered and our homework completed, Belmont Design Group did all the staging for us in a timely manner. Our home received multiple offers just three days after going on the market! I highly recommend their services and designers.
