I'm so pleased to review AD Blinds. When I first walked into the Blue Bell showroom and met Laura in 2018, I knew instantly that I was in good hands. I'm so glad that I chose to work with her, as she and her team are not only consummate professionals, but also personable and down to earth. Their knowledge of the Hunter Douglas products as well as their innate sense of style and good taste made my choice easy! I felt comfortable that they wanted to get to know me and understand my vision. After enduring a very extensive and weary year-long remodel, it was finally time to enjoy our "new" home. Laura's ability to really hear me and understand my window treatment needs was refreshing! It was a pleasure to look through all the many gorgeous fabric choices and to settle on the perfect treatments. I had full confidence from beginning to end that the finished product would not only be beautiful, but functional and enduring. My review wouldn't be complete without mentioning Dan, who knows absolutely everything about the HD products, installation and care. He is always prompt and courteous when he stops by to service our automatic window treatments, and he's extremely personably and friendly! Laura and Dan are the dynamic duo of the window treatment industry and their staff go above and beyond to ensure that one's project goes smoothly! The team at AD blinds are the only professionals who I can wholeheartedly recommend for window treatment needs!

My husband and I purchased our new home in October 2019 and needed new window treatments. I found Ambiance Design through Google and couldn’t be happier with my choice. I left a message with the company and Bryan called me the next day. We scheduled a walk through for the project for the following week. During our initial meeting, he presented design books and ideas based on my desired look, “modern, but simple and classic.” He immediately understood what I wanted and also suggested two contractors to address my flooring and painting needs. Bryan also suggested wallpaper, something I just didn’t think about. As he said, it’s not like the “old wallpaper you think of from your grandma’s house. It’s better.” He was right!! The wallpaper totally transformed my dining room. Austin did an excellent job installing my Roman shades in my living room and dining room; tiered shades in the family room, and kitchen; and functional shades in my laundry room and half bath. Throughout the entire design process, Bryan and the entire Ambiance Design team provided me with exceptional service. All of the workers were on time and explained how to operate the shades properly. They protected my furniture and cleaned up when they were done. Nothing was left behind and Bryan stopped by each day to make sure things were going smoothly. My project was completed in 4 weeks, this included the time it took to order the shades and wallpaper, and complete the installation of both, which was great. The project wasn’t cheap but well worth every penny we spent to turn our new house into a home! I would definitely recommend Ambiance Design for your window treatments and wall coverings.

This year, I needed to replace all of my original blinds in the house, after I was to have all new windows installed. From the beginning to the end of the project, I received absolutely wonderful, friendly, professional help and service! From the selection of the design, carefully taking the measurements, consideration of the practicalities my house required, and attention to all details, the experience was extremely smooth and easy. Installation was accomplished promptly and expertly. This family-run firm is exceptional! They worked with my timetable, even though there was a hold-up with my windows being installed, and the blinds had to be held by the Ambiance warehouse for some time. Absolutely everyone I dealt with was exceptional, and I LOVE the end result! I was just so impressed by their service and offer of follow-up care. I can heartily recommend this firm to anyone who has a future window covering project!

My husband and I recently remodeled our master bathroom and we needed new shades to compliment our new space. We went to Ambiance Design (AD) simply because it was convenient to our home. Little did we know that we were going to get the absolute best service that we could've asked for. This is a family business and they made us feel like we were part of their family. I reached out to Hunter Douglas to ask for a recommendation on names of companies who could fix my Hunter Douglas blinds. They only gave me one name - Ambiance Design. Clearly they do this because they are the best. They responded to my service request very quickly. Austin was very professional when he came to the house - he even wore booties before coming in! And the price is very reasonable. Can't say enough about this group!

A first class company, start to finish! Laura listened to what we needed, and designed a perfect and beautiful solution. We moved ahead confidently, and as promised, the products were ready and delivered on time. Installation done beautifully! Laura and her team work together seamlessly, they are responsive, easy to communicate with and every interaction is friendly, helpful and trustworthy. We've used this company for several projects, and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Recommend highly!

I used them today, May 31, 2019. Their customer service is unparalleled. I brought in my broken blind, and they evaluated it. They had the part in stock (for a 21 year old blind)! They fixed it right away. While there, they answered all of my questions about new blinds, their features and benefits. I will definitely use them when we redo our blinds.

Commented: brightening up my living room/dining roomYou may want to consider changing your blinds to light filtering fabric shades. It will diffuse the light, give full privacy while allowing to lighten up the room. Hunterdouglas.com has ideas
