Highly recommended! I have worked with Heidi Menard multiple times over the years. Each time she brings great creative energy and new ideas combined with respect and confidence in our wishes. She works with high quality painters, carpenters, etc. - we’ve never had an installation problem. I’ve recommended Heidi, and will continue to do so. And I’ll continue to use her in future projects.

Heidi Menard of Ambiance Interiors outfitted our retirement condo from top to bottom, including the refreshing of 2 bathrooms. In evaluating an interior designer by viewing their final result is one thing but what is not visible to the eye is what it took for us to get to the finish line. We have worked with different designers on various projects during our lifetime, but we must admit that Heidi tops all our other experiences. She is talented, focused, responsive and never misses a beat in capturing what the client is trying to accomplish. Tirelessly working on the client's behalf, oftentimes making us feel as though we were her only clients (but we know that is not true). Heidi deals with the sub-contractors when necessary to ensure that the client’s vision/wishes are carried out correctly. And she does so without stepping on toes. Many seasoned and accomplished designers act like "divas" and carry a chip on their shoulder. On the contrary, Heidi treats her clients with deference and humility. This review is rendered with sincere thanks and gratitude for a job well done.

Heidi has helped me with many projects in the house and I am both pleased with the results, and enjoy working with her. She listens carefully and does a good job of blending her advice with my taste.

We recently completed an interior update to our home that touched just about every room. Heidi was with us each step of the way, offering great ideas and helping us "pull up" when we started getting off track. It was easy to work with Heidi on the big things (e.g. "What do we do with this room?") as well as the little things (e.g. "Which of the 1,200 lamps would work best with this desk?"). Plus, she was super cool with our extremely energetic dog who ALWAYS loved when Heidi stopped by. We're thrilled with how everything turned out!

What a phenomenal group of designers. I have had the pleasure of working with Laura personally and have had input from many of the designers at Ambiance. They have been patient and very kind, as I was not the easiest to work with. I wanted change, but had such a difficult time making the change. Now that the living room, family room and bathroom are complete, I absolutely love the new updated look. It is incredible, exactly the feel I wanted for my home. I highly recommend Ambiance for all your interior and design needs.

Heidi Menard of Ambiance Interiors in Palo Alto is the consummate professional and everything I could have asked for in a designer. She is truly talented in her knowledge of and experience in design. As one of the oldest carpet dealers on the pennisula I cannot recommend Heidi and staff and higher. I wish there was 10 stars . They are that good. They have a vision that exceeds expectations. I worked with Deirdre Anderson of Ambiance Interiors on every phase of my recent remodel. She helped me with all aspects of the project, from choosing bathroom fixtures to selecting paint colors. Deirdre was also incredible when it came to furniture. Much of my previous furniture just didn't fit once my house was remodeled. She patiently guided me through the process and found exactly the right pieces. When Deirdre wasn't available, Heidi would take over to make sure there were no problems or delays. They made an excellent team! I absolutely love my "new" house and highly recommend Ambiance Interiors.

I have had the incredible pleasure of working on numerous projects with Sharon Kiss. She has an incredible knowledge of the industry and always brings a fresh eye to her projects.
