My first ever mosaic project was a 33’x1.5’ long pathway in my backyard. It was an ambitious undertaking, to say the least and I am so glad to have found Celia at MosaicTile USA. With her help, I was able to pick the perfect colored grout (4 different shades of blue to simulate water) and the most amazing glitter additive to make it all sparkly. I love the way it all turned out and am thankful to have found such high quality materials. I was a little hesitant at first because of the price of the product I wanted, but I am SO GLAD I went for it because the finished product is 100% worth the investment. Celia always responded in a super timely manner to all of my emails — and there were sooo many because I always had more questions or needed to order more product. This project ended up taking 6 months of on-again/off-again work and Celia’s expertise and patience was a big factor in the success of this project.

Mosaic Tile was great to work with. The project I was working on was redoing a tile shower in our house. I wanted to use epoxy grout this time. At first I ordered off there website the grout we want but unfortunately they had quit making and was updating their line of products. Celia was quick to get ahold of us offer suggestions which worked out wonderfully. Of course I didn’t order enough the first time. So I emailed Celia and just as the first time wonderful to work with and just really help make my project a success.

"Think Amazon Alexa for Mosiacs and Pool Tile!" Its an extremely uncommon day when you come in contact with someone like Celia B. What you will find when working with her is that she is patient and knowledgeable about all things Mosiac and Glass Tile among other areas. I probably sent in excess of 50 emails to her during the 5 week process before sorting out the right glass tile manufacture, color and price point for my new pool build. Keep in mind she had not made even 1 dollar from me at that time. In addition, she has a wealth of information available, all you have to do is ask. She returns calls and emails within minutes. Celia assisted me with selecting just the right grout for my SICIS Glimmer Blackcurrent tile installation. This is a specialty glass tile from Italy, and most contractors or salespeople do not know how to work with this product. Celia was extremely knowledgeable about this important topic, as the grout can truly make or break the look of your finished tile. She was extraordinarily responsive, helping me over the weekend as I was about to leave on a business trip. She truly saved the day for me.
